Nothing screams “Chinese New Year” like an abundance of seafood, so you can look forward to tantalising bites like Lobster and Crab Meat Remoulade in Open Éclair, Deep Fried Scallop with Yam Paste, and Glutinous Rice Ball with Mini Abalone.
These are joined by the likes of indulgent Golden Bak Kwa with Cheese in Croissant, Smoked Duck Wrap Top with Hoi Sin Sauce and Chive, and Steamed Carrot Cake with X.O Sauce.
Finally, sweet endings await in the form of desserts like Strawberry Mousse with Raspberry Jelly, Mandarin Orange Meringue Tart, Mango Dome, and the highlight of the entire experience, Traditional Bak Kwa Scones served with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam.
