Have you already booked a flight to Japan this coming July? Good news, because Okinawa’s new nature adventure theme park Junglia is opening its doors to the public on 25 July 2025.
If buggy rides, panoramic dining, and hot air balloon rides pique your interest, what are you waiting for?

Built on an old golf course, this new theme park spans 600,000 square metres in the forested area of the World Natural Heritage Site, Yambaru.
A singular one-day ticket for children is priced at 5,400 yen (S$48.57) while an adult ticket is priced at 8,000 yen (S$71.95).

Junglia is located around 90 minutes away from Naha Airport by car, but it’s also accessible by public transport.
Get the most out of sightseeing in northern Okinawa by planning a route straight from the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.

Dinosaurs have been all the rage lately (ironic, since they’re long gone), and Junglia is here with multiple dinosaur-themed attractions.
At Dinosaur Safari, escape from the ferocious T-Rex while navigating in your Land Rover. In Finding Dinosaurs, cross a swaying suspension bridge and face dark caves while finding a lost baby dinosaur.

With the Horizon Balloon, soar above the crowd and enjoy a 360-degree panoramic float in the great outdoors. For a perfect evening, relax in the gondola as the sun sets with a glass of sparkling wine.

Put your driving skills to the test in Buddy Voltage, where you can drive buggies through rough terrain.
There’s even a music water festival, the Junglia Splash Fest.

Not a fan of the thrill and excitement of theme parks? No judgment here, because Spa Junglia lets you relax amongst nature. Channel your inner Groot and unwind in the world’s largest infinity bath.

Reminiscent of a tropical resort, the spa area includes a pure white limestone bath, a waterfall shower, and an outdoor sauna surrounded by lush greenery.

As for food, indulge in panoramic dining at Panorama Dining, which promises a gorgeous view during your meal.

Or, check out Wild Banquet, where you can find the Wild Beef Burger for 2,000 yen (S$17.99) and the Wild Jungle Chicken for 1,800 yen (S$16.19).

Here’s hoping Junglia will last long enough for my next trip to Japan (admin would love to fly to Okinawa right now).
For service guides, partner hotels, and more information, visit Junglia’s official site. Tickets can already be pre-booked via Klook, KKDay, and Trip.com.
In more ways than one, this new exciting theme park is sure to leaf you breathless. Are you ready for a fern-tastic time at Junglia?
