This National Day, KFC is bringing together some of Singapore’s most beloved flavours in one bold creation. Prata and curry with sambal are national favourites, easily enjoyed at any time of the day. 

KFC’s Curry x Sambal Zinger

This National Day, feast on the Unofficial Singapore Burger: KFC’s Curry x Sambal Zinger. This new creation uses familiar comfort with bold local flavours, a feisty fusion of Chinese-style curry, Malay-inspired sambal, Indian prata, and the Western Zinger, a multicultural mashup inspired by the tastes that unite us. By swapping out the usual bun for crispy prata, it brings a buttery, indulgent texture to go with the rich, aromatic curry dip on the side. 

Customise each bite to your liking — dip, dunk or pour the curry over the burger for that fulfilling experience. 

KFC’s Curry x Sambal Chicken

Also debuting in time for Singapore’s 61st birthday is the KFC Curry x Sambal Chicken, served with 1 piece of crispy prata, 2 pieces of KFC’s signature Fried Chicken, a tub of delicious Curry filled with potato chunks, and Sambal for that spicy kick.

For prata lovers, KFC will also be serving a la carte prata with its rich, aromatic Curry Pour Tub.

Breakfast menu 

For early birds, you can also catch some of that curry action at KFC! From 22 July 2026 to 8 September 2026, the curry menu will be expanded to mornings with the Breakfast Curry Twister, which is finally back by popular demand. 

If you purchase a Breakfast Platter Buddy Meal (S$15.50) at KFC during this period, you will get to bring home a FREE DABAO MILO Plushie that comes with its own reusable bag. While stocks last, available for dine-in and takeaway.

Supper Menu

Making a special appearance only on Fridays through Sundays from 8 July 2026 to 18 August 2026 is a late-night exclusive at selected KFC outlets: the Curry x Sambal Macaroni Bowl.

It is a whole bowl game built from comforting plain macaroni, with generous lashings of fragrant curry and a shiok sambal kick, layered with 3 pieces of crispy Chicken Bites for that protein fix.

The Curry x Sambal Macaroni Bowl will be available from 9pm to 2am (Fridays, Saturdays, eve of Public Holidays), and 9pm to 12am (Sundays and Public Holidays).
