McDonald’s is bringing back its much-loved Samurai Burger from 20 August 2026, 11am onwards. Expect the return of the Samurai Beef Burger®, Samurai Chicken Burger®, Tamago Samurai Burger (Beef/Chicken), and Seaweed McShakerTM Fries, with new rookies that teleport you to Japan!
Starting with the addictive Katsu Chicken Tenders (from S$5.50), refreshing and fruity Kyoho Grape Soft Serve (from S$1.50), and Strawberry Daifuku Pie (from S$1.80) with sweet red bean paste and mochi!
Samurai Gameshow
Chotto a minute, did someone say we can stand a chance to win cash prizes of up to S$800? Kaching! It’s showtime, folks! McDonald’s is hosting its first-ever Samurai Gameshow: Samurai IKE! at Bugis Junction (open area beside McDonald’s) from 18 August 2026 to 30 August 2026, where fans can battle it out in three fun challenges. Do keep a lookout, as registrations will open on social platforms (@mcdsg) – open to all, with free admission.
Challenge One is Samurai Edition: Hole in the Wall. Simply strike a pose and attempt to fit through the shifting wall before it sweeps you away! Challenge Two is Fries and Furious. Channel your inner Fast and Furious, and wield giant chopsticks to stack fries into your bag within a given time limit! Challenge Three is Kyoho Grape Drop. Suit up in the soft serve helmet and leap to pop as many grape balloons overhead as you can!
