Calling non-beef diners and chicken lovers, we have big news! Spicy Noodles SG is introducing a new menu item: Singapore-exclusive Chicken Soup flavour – a non-beef broth option. Now available in limited quantities of only 50 bowls daily.
Singapore-Exclusive Mild Chicken Soup Set
The broth is made from chicken bones simmered for over six hours with a secret blend of ingredients. This soup delivers a naturally collagen-rich broth with clean yet highly concentrated flavour. Topped with tender boneless chicken thigh, it’s a comforting departure from the brand’s signature beef-based dishes.
The Mild Chicken Soup Set (with fresh boneless chicken thigh) is priced at S$19.80 and comes with a complimentary side dish: Braised Tofu Pouch in Spicy Beef Broth. The sauce complemented the XiaoHun Noodles beautifully, layering in umami depth and nutty sesame notes, finished off with a bright tang from the vinegar. Do note that all meals include a soft-boiled egg.
The 6pcs Spicy Golden Fish Balls (S$4) were a great add-on, delivering a spicy kick alongside that springy, bouncy bite fish balls should have.
The Hermès of Chilli Oil
The Taiwanese Spicy Half Beef and Vegetable Soup Set (S$18.80) delivered a slow-building heat that isn’t too overpowering, complemented by tender Sliced US Beef and soft cabbage. If you’re not a fan of spice, opt for the Mild Beef Soup Set (S$20.80) instead. Equally fragrant, the soup carries a rich depth of flavour that keeps you coming back for one more sip – until there’s nothing left in the bowl.
The Mala Watermelon (S$6.50) was surprisingly the star of the meal. A playful concept of refreshingly cold, sweet, and juicy watermelon cubes coated in their mildly spicy Master Chilli Sauce that keeps you going back for more – perfectly balanced flavours.
We’re definitely going back for more of the Mild Chicken Soup and Mala Watermelon. Now it’s your turn to try and leave with very happy bellies.
With only a limited quantity of 50 bowls per day, head down early! Do note that the restaurant only accepts walk-ins.
