Just a few weeks ago, McDonald’s Singapore announced that its fast food restaurants would not be screening any of the FIFA World Cup 2026 matches; the only exception is the final match at its own Finals Watch Party at the Marine Cove outlet.
However, it seems that the Golden Arches have decided to change their mind to share in the World Cup glory. On 19 June 2026, McDonald’s Singapore announced on its social media accounts that select outlets will in fact be screening live World Cup matches.

These outlets are those found at:
- Ang Mo Kio
- Ang Mo Kio 4
- Ang Mo Kio Park
- Bedok Reservoir
- Fajar
- Geylang East Central
- Hougang
- Jurong East 24
- Kallang
- Punggol SAFRA
- Sengkang Sports Complex
- Sengkang Rivervale
- Serangoon Avenue 3
- Tampines Neighbourhood 3
- Woodlands Mart
- Yishun SAFRA
Live near any of these McDonald’s restaurants? You now have another location to catch live World Cup matches with the community!

Just note that according to a response by McDonald’s on Facebook, only free-to-air matches broadcast by Mediacorp will be screened. Live airing of World Cup matches will also vary from outlet to outlet, which makes sense, as different locations have different operating hours.
For more information, drop by your nearest McDonald’s.
