Nasty Cookie revamps Kaki Bukit outlet with Greek-Roman decor, unique bakes & a 30% discount on all items till 6 November 2022

by Christabel Tan

Known for being the first in Singapore to sell chunky and gooey NY-style cookies, Nasty Cookie has certainly come a long way.

The popular bakery has revamped its Kaki Bukit flagship outlet with a spanking new Greek-Roman concept with a selection of unique bakes and an enticing discount you won’t want to miss!

The bright and airy turquoise-hued space has been transformed into a whimsical Greek-themed cafe with marble print flooring, Greek busts and pedestals, white vases, and even a cute photobooth corner.

Visitors to the newly christened “Nasty Cookie Cafe” will be greeted by a display showcasing the latest Nasty Cookie Mini Collection — an exciting range of mini cookies.

The best part: in lieu of the brand’s fourth year as a local startup, Nasty Cookie Kaki Bukit is offering 30% off the entire cafe menu for a whopping ten days, from 28 October to 6 November 2022.

Here’s what you can expect from the specially curated menu, which features “more than just cookies”:

First up, the Nasty Cookie Mini Collection comprises mini versions of the bakery’s signature cookies in flavours like Milo Stylo, Red Velvet Crumble, Choco Mint, Ondeh Ondeh, and more.

You can either purchase a Box of 4 for S$6.30 (U.P. S$9), with every box thereafter priced at S$5.60 (S$8), or go all out with the Mini Cookie Collection Box of 12 at S$19.60 (U.P. S$28).

Cookies aside, you can look forward to a selection of croissants, cakes, gelato, waffles, pies, tarts, and even savoury quiches.

Menu highlights include the Mini Smores Croissant (S$2.80, U.P. S$4), Mini Lemon Curd Bundt Cake ($2.45, U.P. S$3.50), and Tiramisu Tart (S$4.20, U.P. S$6), all of which offer a good mix of fruity and chocolatey flavours.

Instead of the usual soft serve, you can now tuck into Waffles (from S$8.40, U.P. S$12) with Gelato (from S$3.15 for a single scoop, U.P. S$4.50) in fun flavours like Ondeh Ondeh, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Mocha Crunch, just to name a few.

I for one am eager to try the line-up of savoury pastries, such as the Garlic Cheese Bomb Bun (S$3.85, U.P. S$5.50) and Mentaiko Turkey Ham Quiche (S$4.90, U.P. S$7).

Last but not least, pair your bake(s) of choice with a speciality drink, which includes the likes of Biscoff Latte (S$4.20, U.P. S$6), White Peach Berry Fizz (S$4.20, U.P. S$6), and the pretty-in-purple Taro Latte (S$4.20, U.P. S$6).

Once again, do note that the 30% discount (capped at six items per person) will be applicable at Nasty Cookie Kaki Bukit for ten days only, starting tomorrow (28 October 2022) during their official opening.

Mark your calendars and get your sweet tooth ready — it’s time to get nasty!
