Our love for anything free-flow knows no bounds. As such, how can anyone say no to endless amounts of pizza and booze (AKA one of the greatest food pairings ever to exist)?
If that sounds like a dream come true for you, the contemporary Italian restaurant LUCE by Davide Giacomelli at InterContinental Singapore has launched an all-you-can-eat concept with free-flow pizza, prosecco, and beer!
For just S$38++ per person, you can tackle the Pinsa and Booze promotion, which lets you indulge in bottomless servings of hand-tossed pizzas and pinsas, alongside all the Menabrea Italian beer and prosecco you can drink.
For the initiated, pinsa is made using hand-pressed and fermented pizza dough (a combination of wheat, soy, and rice flour) and is typically served in an oval shape, boasting an airy, cloud-like crust. To put it simply, it’s kinda like a flatbread with Roman origins.
Flavours include the likes of classic Prosciutto Cotto e Gorgonzola (mozzarella, Italian ham, and gorgonzola) and the vegetarian-friendly Zucchini e Pecorino, which stars organic zucchini and two types of cheese.
Regular pizza lovers are also in for a treat in the form of Pizza Napoli, a funky amalgamation of anchovies and capers, as well as the Pizza Mortadella, the mortadella-and-mozzarella combi you absolutely cannot go wrong with!
Pinsa and Booze is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm, so what are you waiting for? Gather your friends with the biggest appetites and drop by for a dough-fueled mid-week treat!
