No doubt that you immediately finished my sentence (or sandwiches). You might have already heard about it, but Pokemon Go City Safari: Singapore will be coming to our sunny shores on 29 March 2025 and 30 March 2025!
Even better, you will get the chance to catch donkey Pokemon Mudbray and its evolution, the horse Pokemon Mudsdale, in the game. And guess what? These elusive creatures can be found only in Singapore for the duration of the event (for now, at least).
Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge lover of Eevee (especially Sylveon, that’s my baby boy). Ticketholders will get the chance to meet the fan-favourite Pokemon Eevee (all evolutions will be on the run, shiny included) wearing an explorer hat while exploring the area.
Navigate your way through the notable locations and landmarks across Singapore, and you may very well spot the chance to catch other elusive critters (admin will be on the hunt to meet Espurr and Mr Mine).
Now, listen up; these areas include Sentosa, Pasir Ris, Ang Mo Kio, Jurong East, Sembawang, and Marina Bay. The official routes will also still be available after the event ends!
Tickets for the event can be bought in-app, where they have to fulfill special missions through gameplay.
Tickets for general admission are priced at S$19 each, and tickets for both days are priced at S$34. But I have a sneaky feeling that tickets will be selling out fast!
But if you want to enhance your experience, top up S$15 for the various add-ons.
Oh, but if you’re not a Pokemon Go player but still want in on the fun, head over to their pop-up at the HarbourFront Centre Outdoor Plaza. Get ready to pick up a Pikachu sun visor in the giveaway, and prepare your wallet to purchase Pokemon merchandise.
