Hola amigos! Pura Brasa, a Spanish grill within Guoco Tower, is spicing up its menu with its new Pincho dishes, starting from just S$5 for a pair.

But what are Pinchos? Popular in the Basque Country, these morsels are traditional Spanish snacks typically served with a side of bread.

Available only on weekdays from 3pm to 6pm and weekends from 12pm to 6pm, these bite-sized delights are perfect for afternoon snacking or pre-dinner nibbles.
They’re also affordably priced at S$5, S$7, or S$9 for two pieces. To elevate your experience, you can even top up S$15 for two scoops of premium caviar.

Begin your meal with the Pincho Mallorquin (S$7). You can’t go wrong with sweet and salty, and this dish proves that with its pairing of Taleggio cheese, Iberico Sobrasada sausage, and honey.

Savour the crackle in every bite with the Panceta Crujiente (S$5 for two pieces), featuring crispy cured pork belly. However, get your drinks ready, as this was on the saltier side.

The Txaka (S$5 for two pieces) is a classic with its medley of real crab salad, egg, and velvety homemade sauce.

The Pincho De Gamba (S$7 for two pieces) is especially refreshing. Savour the taste of the ocean’s treasures as fresh prawns crown this bite. Or, try the Anchoa Ahumada (S$5 for two pieces) for smoked anchovies.

Fancy a bigger bite? The Pincho Moruno (S$9) has you covered with marinated Iberico pork and sweet Biquillo peppers.
While we know you’d want to snag some shots, be quick. We learnt the hard way that the tender pork goes cold quickly (but that means nobody can judge you for chowing down at first sight).

Of course, you can’t have appetisers without some main dishes.
If you’ve got company, this tomato-based Charcoal Seafood Paella (S$64) will fill up you and three others just fine. With the smokiness from the charcoal, this is a bold way to end your Spanish feast.

Whether you’re here for a quick bite or a full-on flavour fiesta, Pura Brasa lets you feast on Spanish pinchos without feeling a pinch in your wallet.
Will you be inviting your friends to join you for these shrimp-ly irresistible pinchos?
