QUAN Hotpot brings tradition, artistry, and premium ingredients to Resort World Sentosa

Resort World Sentosa has seen a wave of innovative concept eateries opening within its premises recently, with QUAN Hotpot being its latest addition. Defying today’s trend-chasing culture, the new restaurant grounds itself in Chinese philosophy, that dining should be communal and a time for bonding. Its interior reflects this, intentionally designed to evoke warmth while showcasing cultural elements.

Its characteristically Chinese-styled wood-panelled walls convey a soft elegance, while custom-made murals by artist Sam Lo add striking pops of colour and personality to the space. Inspired by traditional Chinese motifs and ingredients like the goji berry, Sam Lo highlights the intentionality behind the restaurant’s birth and conceptualisation.

The mural titled “One pot many worlds” speaks to the broader restaurant concept— showcasing Chinese dining philosophy at its fore but celebrating cuisines around the world with its menu.

QUAN Hotpot does this by representing diverse cultures with signature broth flavours such as Singapore Laksa Broth (S$18). For more traditional options, get the Classic Sichuan Mala Broth (S$20) or Bone Pepper Broth (S$16). The Collagen Herbal Chicken Broth (S$20) is a lighter option, while the Traditional Congee Broth (S$14) is a unique and indulgent dish, made with Thai jasmine rice and mushroom stock.

Inspired by the Chinese five elements of flavour—sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, and salty— the broths are created to complement one another with their delicately balanced flavour profiles.

Enjoy your hotpot with premium ingredients like Australian Wagyu Beef (S$28), Iberico Pork (S$12), Boston Lobsters (S$64/500-600 grams), Korean Abalone (S$48/2 pieces), and Tiger Prawns (S$26/4 pieces) alongside locally sourced produce. If you prefer grilled meats, it also offers items prepared on the Josper Grill, an enclosed charcoal oven and grill that infuses a deep smoky flavour in the food.

QUAN Hotpot is also a blueprint for sustainable sourcing, working closely with local farms and fisheries to bring the freshest ingredients to the table while being environmentally responsible.

If you’re craving an escape from our fast-paced lives, QUAN Hotpot offers a relaxing ambience, traditional themes, and comforting, delicious food. It’s the perfect place to gather with friends and family, slow down, and reconnect intentionally over a shared meal.
