It’s been a good one and half years ever since Shake Shack first opened their doors to Singapore, but the long queues to enter their store remains. To add on another reason for visiting, Shake Shack has launched a brand-new item – the Chick’n Bites, on 21 January today.
Though chicken breast has the tendency of drying out, the Chick n’ Bites are hand-breaded with a crispy batter made of flour, cayenne and paprika, then sous-vide cooked to lock in its moisture and tenderness.
Each crunchy morsel is made fresh to order with all-natural, antibiotic-free chickens.
Served alongside honey mustard or barbeque sauce, the tangy dips help cut through the oil to add another layer of flavor. The Chick’N Bites will be served in 6 or 10 pieces, with prices $6.40 and $8.40, respectively.
The Chick n’ Shack burger
The item first debuted in the U.S in 2018 and will be the second chicken item on Shake Shack’s menu, with the Chick n’ Shack burger. Currently, there’s no news if the Chick N’ Bites are staying on the menu for good, so it will be a limited-edition item for now.
