Why settle for one cut of meat when you can have it all? The Gensen Set (S$38) and Gokusen Set (S$48) are built for those who love an assortment of premium cuts in every bite. To elevate the experience, we added an S$18 sake pairing to both sets because great cuts deserve good company.
The first course of each set comes with its seasonal appetiser – Cold Japanese Tofu with special sauce (S$4.80), Potato Salad (S$6.30), and Truffle Edamame. The second course would be a curated selection of 5 pork cutlets, with a crispy exterior while retaining their tenderness. The third course was surprisingly our top pick! Serving up mini curry rice with Wagyu beef minced cutlet – umami and unbelievably rich. The curry was so fragrant and flavourful we’re already planning to run it back with a Katsu Curry Set (from S$24.80) next time! The fourth course was Matcha ice cream to end the meal. Literally so good, no cap.

Who knew beer and sando were the ultimate power couple? Indulge in their rich, savoury Rosu Katsu Sando (S$12) or Hire Katsu Sando (S$13), and sip a cold, crisp beer – together they hit every note of a snack combination.
