Shinfuni, the sister brand of KAZO, specialises in “traditional Taiwanese flavours with contemporary flair”, so you can look forward to an extensive range of pies, tarts, breads, and delicate custard-filled pastries at fairly affordable prices.
First things first — you’ll probably recognise KAZO’s iconic Crispy Cream Puffs and Kazu Kazu (eclair-shaped cream puffs) stuffed with fillings like Matcha, Chocolate, and Durian Cream, alongside a line-up of Kazo Polo, the bakery chain’s take on bolo buns.
Exclusive to Shinfuni, however, is the Shinfuni Signature Hokkaido Cream Apple Pie (S$3.80), comprising apple chunks and silky Hokkaido cream in a buttery layered pie crust.
