If you’ve ever wanted to feast on all-you-can-eat Peking duck while admiring 360-degree views of the city and beyond, look no further than one of Singapore’s most popular Chinese restaurants, Si Chuan Dou Hua.
The restaurant may specialise in Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, but this time they’re running an enticing limited-time promotion at their UOB Plaza outlet that’ll delight all the duck lovers out there.
Simply choose from specially curated set menus, with the most affordable option being the six-course Set Menu A at S$98++ per person (minimum two persons). You can look forward to dishes like Boiled Sliced Fish in Sichuan Pepper Sauce, Hong Kong Style Glutinous Rice Dumplings, and of course, the star of the show: unlimited servings of Roasted Peking Duck.
You may have to DIY your own duck wraps, but does it matter when you’ll get to tuck into succulent, melt-in-mouth meat and crispy fat-laced skin to your heart’s content?
Those dining in groups of six or more will also get complimentary “Chong Qing” Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli — one’s of the restaurant’s signatures.
Alternatively, take it up a notch with the Set Menu B at S$128++ per person (minimum two persons), comprising slightly more premium dishes like Deep Fried Soon Hock in Superior Soya Sauce, Stir-Fried Scallop with Australia Asparagus in Superior Soya Sauce, and Diced Cod in Preserved Chilli, alongside a glass of Sachi Soy Wine Original for all diners.
You’ll even get to sit back and let the chef do all the work for you, as the Peking Duck will be served wrapped.
