Meat lovers, this deal is almost too good to be true. With steak prices sitting easily in the hundreds, this S$48++ Steak and Lamb buffet is one of the hottest deals in town.

Until 31 May 2026, the Entrepôt Restaurant is collaborating with Chef Nat from Thailand, alongside Meat and Livestock Australia, to bring us this weekend buffet. Chef Nat, widely reputed as The Lady Butcher, is renowned for her mastery of red meats. One of her hallmarks is her Thai-inspired recipes, combining their bold, layered flavours with Western cooking techniques.
As she introduces these flavours in the buffet, you’ll now get the opportunity to try them right here in Singapore. From marinated cuts to original recipes, here’s a bit of what you can expect.
Meat cuts
Kicking things off is an amuse-bouche—a beef croquette inspired by the sharp citrusy flavours of Larb, a minced-meat salad commonly found in Northeast Thai cuisine.
Next, you can expect a variety of marinated cuts, with the beef and lamb fully infused with vibrant, tangy, and fiery sauces. For those unfamiliar with the gamey taste of lamb, these flavoured meats are a great way to introduce it to your palate.

You may be worried that the affordable price translates to lower-quality meat, but fret not. The selection features premium cuts such as Australia Teys Black Angus Grain Fed 100 Days Angus Ribeye, Australia Teys Black Angus Grain Fed 100 Days Angus Striploin, and Australia Thomas Food Lamb Baby Ribs.
You can even opt for an Australia Carrara Wagyu Beef Skirt Steak MS6/7 with a top-up of $18 per 160g.
Just in case you can’t get enough of the addictive Thai flavours, there will also be 4 sauces for you to pair with your meats: Nam Jim Jaew, Thai Chimichurri, Peppercorn Demi-Glace Sauce, and Mint Jelly.
Other selections and beverages
Balancing out the hearty spread is a selection of hot and cold sides, including seasonal salads, grilled satay, Australian beef stew, and other dishes to round off the feast. Finally, finish off your meal with a soothing dessert like the Chilled Lemongrass Yuzu Jelly, among other options.
Free-flow beverage packages are available with the non-alcoholic option starting from S$12++, featuring soft drinks and juices. You can also get unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at S$38++, which even comes with a DIY cocktail station that lets you mix up your own concoction.
Buffet prices and key information
Lunch is priced at S$48++, and dinner is priced at S$58++. Considering the impressive spread, premium cuts, and chef collaboration, it’s definitely a steal.

There’s a 90-minute dining limit, but it still gives you plenty of time to work through multiple rounds and fully maximise the buffet experience.
So if you’ve been looking for an excuse to indulge in premium steaks without burning a hole in your wallet, this limited-time buffet is one to bookmark. With bold Thai-inspired flavours, quality Australian meats, and free-flow drinks to top it all off, it’s easily one of the most value-for-money meat feasts to check out this May.
