As one of our go-to buffet spots, Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering is a dining destination we can always count on.
If you’ve always liked buffets, but hated having to dine within a specific timeframe (does lunch really have to be at 12pm?), the restaurant has launched an all-new Super Sunday Buffet Marathon.
Taking place every Sunday, this unique marathon-style buffet gives diners the freedom to dine at their preferred three-hour timeslot anytime between 11.30am to 9pm at a fixed rate.
Regardless of seating, all diners will get to enjoy the buffet priced at S$98 per adult and S$49 per child.
We recommend kicking things off with the spread of Seafood on Ice, where you’ll find Boston Lobsters, Fresh Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Yabbies, Black Mussels, and more.
Sashimi lovers are also in luck, as they’ll get to indulge in assorted Sashimi, Sushi, and Cold Noodles.
Get your fix of Asian flavours in the form of Peranakan creations by Chef Alvin Leong, such as the Kueh Pie Tee, Babi Pongteh, and Signature Beef Rendang best paired with fluffy Butterfly Pea Coconut Rice.
You can also find assorted Dim Sum, alongside other Asian delights like KL-Style Lor Mee, Penang Assam Laksa, Charcoal Claypot Rice, and the fan-favourite Pickering Lobster Laksa, which is in my opinion, is a must-try.
The Sous Vide Herb Crusted Roast Angus Beef from the Live Carving Station is another hot favourite; don’t forget to pair it with condiments like Wholegrain Mustard, Béarnaise Sauce, and my favourite of the lot, Truffle Red Wine Jus.
Other Western offerings include the likes of creamy Lobster Bisque, Baked Half-Shell Scallop with Cheese Gratin, Oven-Roasted Herb-Rubbed Organic Chicken, and even Truffle Cream Pasta served in a massive Cheese Wheel.
Save some room for dessert and head straight for the iconic Matcha Chocolate Fountain with fresh fruits, marshmallows, and candy for dipping.
End the feast on a super sweet note with a rotating selection of whole cakes, small treats, and verrines, such as the Matcha Strawberry Cake, Earl Grey and Yuzu Madeleine, Lemon Mousse with Torched Meringue, and Chendol Panna Cotta.
The highly-coveted Durian Pengat is arguably the best dessert on the menu — you’ll probably see diners grabbing two or three in one go!
If you want to get the most bang for your buck, head on down during Cheers O’ Clock from 3pm–5.30pm, a special Happy Hour timeslot that lets you enjoy free-flow alcoholic beverages at no additional cost.
Buf if you’re dining outside of Cheers O’ Clock, you can still opt for unlimited beer, house pours, and cocktails as an add-on for S$50.
Do note that selected items and stations may not be available from 2.30pm–3pm, and from 5.30pm–6pm as the buffet spread is being refreshed.
Reservations can be made here or via +65 9859 0681 on Whatsapp.
