And this isn’t just any old hotpot place either, here’s where you’ll get to enjoy a steaming hotpot buffet with eat-all-you-can seafood, meat and appetisers at Parklane Shopping Mall. So come prepared with a hearty appetite and an empty belly because you’ll definitely want to fill up on the variety of delicious food here.

Up on the menu, there’s black pepper pork belly, secret spice chicken, lobster balls, pork balls, mushrooms and the usual hotpot suspects like cheese tofu (personally can’t get enough of this…), cabbage, lotus roots and more. 

More excited about the seafood? Load your plate with prawns, mussels, clams, fish and scallops – but most importantly, if you’re here for the dinner buffet… There’s a delightful range of daily dinner specials like the grilled seafood boat, mini mala grilled fish tray, flower crab, slipper lobsters, shrimp paste and cheesy scallops. And if you love eating crabs, here’s where you can enjoy a portion of crab per person during the dinner buffet too!

Other than the seafood and meats, feel free to order the appetisers as well from xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and mantou (fried buns) with a condensed milk dip and other mouthwatering starters. 

There are also nine soup bases to choose from including Thai tom yum, herbal chicken, mala, sour and spicy soup and spicy beef butter, so feel free to select your flavours of the day and get your hotpot going.

The buffet is priced differently depending on when you’re dining –– weekday lunch buffets are from S$18.80 (adult), while weekday dinner buffets and weekend buffets are from S$28.80 (adult). Do note that there’s a time limit of 90-minutes too, so make sure to enjoy your time here fully!

If you’re looking for an alternative to Hai Di Lao or Beauty in the Pot, here’s a new supper spot worth checking out — Yunnan Ah Ma Shi Hotpot in Bugis.

Situated along the stretch of restaurants and Chinese dessert shops along Liang Seah Street, the restaurant dishes out Yunnan-style hotpot till 2am.

There are two ala-carte all-you-can-eat buffets to choose from. Despite being the more affordable option, Set A (S$25.80++ for Mon to Thu, S$28.80++ for Fri to Sun) boasts an array of over 50 ingredients, including the likes of Fine Beef, Sliced Pork Belly, and Fresh Prawns.

Unique soup bases are aplenty here, with options like Pickled Cabbage, Mala, and Dongyan, as well as the signature Wild Mushroom Soup.

For a more premium option, go for Set B (S$42.80++ for Mon to Thu, S$45.80++ for Fri to Sun)

From Spanish Black Pork and Premium Lamb Shoulder to Duck Tongue and Live Mud Crab, you can expect an impressive line-up of meats, seafood, and other ingredients of the more “exotic” variety.

If I were you, I’d eat my fill of Premium Wagyu Beef (that marbling!), because how often do we find ourselves in the face of unlimited wagyu?

Given that the province is home to over 800 varieties of edible wild mushrooms, the Wild Mushroom Platter, which features prominently in Yunnan cuisine, is also a must-try.

Open till 4am daily, here’s where you’ll find a wide selection of authentic Vietnamese fare. “Khoi” means smoked in Vietnamese and true to the name, all BBQs are served with a piping hot charcoal pot for that aromatic smoky flavour – and your grilled meats come out crisp and oh-so-tender.

If you’re hankering for nothing but meat, choose between combo sets or a la carte dishes from their Grill Menu. All BBQ meats are marinated in-house with authentic Vietnamese spices. Otherwise, hotpot options are available too with options such as duck hotpot, herbal oxtail hotpot, catfish with sour bamboo shoots hotpot, stewed chilli chicken hotpot and others.

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes to try as well, from standard Viet dishes to the more unusual ones like lemongrass steamed snails, grilled snails with chilli and salt, salted fried crab pincers, crispy fried butter quail and lotus stem salad to name a few.
