Expressions Afternoon Tea
Embark on a celebration of creativity and individuality, reminiscent of the wild and diverse flora you can find in nature. The menu places emphasis on modern Asian cuisine with Western influences, presenting a whimsical selection of savoury and sweet treats.
From Seared Tuna Tataki with Pickled Ginger and Shio Kombu Powder to Duck Rillettes and Smoked Duck from the Landes region in the south of France, you can expect your tastebuds to be tantalised by the unique flavour combinations present.
As for the sweets, the heritage-inspired desserts include the Egg Kaya Toast, Ice Gem Lemon Tart, and Caramel Passion Marie Biscuit, which may make you feel like a child again.
Round the afternoon off with freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam, alongside a selection of curated loose leaf TWG teas and a variety of coffees from Bacha Coffee.
You can also choose to top up S$18 for a glass of Veuve Clicquot N.V. Champagne, because what’s afternoon tea without bubbles?
Guests can enjoy the Expressions Afternoon Tea with live piano music at The Landing Point daily, except for Wednesdays and Thursdays. The stunning space stretches along an elegant indoor promenade paved with bespoke marble mosaics and gold hues, offering panoramic views of Marina Bay’s waterfront.
On those two days, the daily ritual is held at La Brasserie, the sleek and modern French bistro in the heart of the historic Fullerton Heritage precinct.
Prices for the Expressions Afternoon Tea are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: S$60 per adult and S$30 per child (aged six to 11)
- Saturday, Sunday & PH: S$65 per adult and S$32.50 per child
