Travel through time and experience a magical multi-sensory wonderland with Time Capsule by Singapore Flyer

Here’s one underrated activity you might not have explored just yet. Hidden right beneath our noses at the Singapore Flyer, step into the Time Capsule

A magical getaway for the senses that feels a little like one of the famous teamLab light exhibitions, combined with futuristic and most definitely dazzling installations — here’s a chance for you to step into not just the past, but also the present and future of our little red dot.

If you grew up in Singapore, you’ve probably studied about our little island’s history through our social studies and history textbooks — but here within the Singapore Flyer’s indoor space, we get to explore more of our history through an interactive walk-through exhibition.

Filled with magical light projections, effects and games that allow visitors to learn about Singapore as it changes and evolves with time… The exhibition is made even more interactive and endearing as your walkthrough will be guided by an adorable time-travelling  robot from the future — R65 (who will be a hit with the kids for sure!).

Step into the Island of Myths and explore a little kampung (read: village) from centuries ago, and enjoy Shadow Show, a short show featuring wayang kulit (ancient puppet theatre) and animation. Then head to River of Time, an incredibly IG-worthy light installation showcasing stories behind the Singapore River.

There’s also the Kaleidoscope Walk with kaleidoscopes made of local food and architecture, and the super gorgeous Infinity Space, a mirrored space filled with stunning light projections and music — a brilliant feast for the senses.
