Using contemporary interpretations of familiar flavours, try the Obsiblue King Prawn Mosaic (S$26), succulent king prawns paired with a vibrant, tangy tomato gelée and a rich, velvety lobster cream, striking the perfect balance between freshness and indulgence. Another is the Bourbon Glazed Beef Short Ribs (S$29), fork-tender, slow-braised beef coated in a deep, smoky-sweet bourbon glaze, served alongside silky corn purée and a decadent potato cream for the ultimate comfort-meets-luxury bite.
