Supper spots in the Serangoon and Lorong Chuan area are aplenty, but what if you’ve got a late-night craving for yakiniku?

Open till 1am is Yak Kin, a restaurant touting itself as the first to serve Thai-Japanese yakiniku in Singapore, and they’ve got some pretty enticing promos you won’t want to miss out on.

Tucked away in Jalan Riang, the restaurant serves a fairly extensive variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables alongside Thai and Japanese-style dips and marinades.

You’ve got beef, chicken, and pork to choose from, including the likes of Karubi Short-Rib Bone-in (S$14.80 for 100g), Moo Ping (S$3.80/stick), and Thick Bacon Steak (S$5.80 for 100g).

Seafood lovers get to enjoy Scallop with Miso Butter (S$9.80 for 200g), Cod with Soy Butter in Foil (S$25.80), and Oyster, Sashimi Grade (S$5.80/pc) — the good stuff.

If you want to try a little bit of everything, go for the Premium Mixed Set (S$95.80), which comprises Short Rib, Wagyu A4/A5 Yakiniku Cut, Pork Collar, Prawn, and Squid.

Yak Kin is also known for rolling out value-for-money promos on weekdays.

Tuesdays are reserved for all things tori (chicken) — enjoy the Miso Garlic Boneless Leg and/or Thai-style Chicken Boneless Leg (U.P. S$9.80) for just S$4.80.

However, if you’re a sucker for premium beef cuts (like me!), drop by on Wednesdays from 3pm–9pm for 1-for-1 Wagyu A4/A5 Ribeye Yakiniku Cut (U.P. S$39.80 for 100g). How can you say no to fatty, melt-in-mouth wagyu at just S$19.90 per serving?

If affordable oysters are more your thing, come by on Thursdays for fresh and plump sashimi-grade Oysters (U.P. S$5.80) at a mere S$3.

Do note that this promo is limited to 6 pcs per pax.
