With 7-Eleven constantly updating their ready-to-eat menu, it’s no surprised that fans have come to anticipate each refresh. Not too long ago, we had the 7-Eleven x Andes by Astons, and now, there’s a slew of new items to look forward to, and the best part is that they’re all affordable so mealtime doesn’t break the bank.
Chicken Mac and Cheese Wrap (S$3.60)
“That’s too much carbs,” said no one ever. Savour a creamy blend of mac and cheese paired with popcorn chicken that’s glazed with brown sugar BBQ sauce, hugged in a warm tortilla shell.
Baked Chicken with Garlic Butter Burger (S$3.50)
Perfect as a snappy breakfast option (or any time of the day, really), this burger boasts the classic pairing of chicken and garlic butter which rarely goes wrong. All tucked neatly in a soft fluffy bun, it makes for a handy on-the-go snack.
Teriyaki Chicken Ciabatta (S$5.50)
With slices of roasted chicken breast, teriyaki sauce, shredded pickled cabbage, seaweed flakes, baby romaine lettuce, and hard-boiled egg, the sandwich puts a Japanese twist on an otherwise Western snack.
Cheesy Ham and Corn Onigiri (S$2)
Despite 7-11 onigiris in Singapore not quite tasting the same as their counterparts in Japan and Korea, it’s still a classic nonetheless. This ham and corn pairing makes for an inoffensive combination to suit palates of all types. However, this is the only item from the new menu that is not halal-certified.
Chicken Cutlet Fried Rice (S$4.50)
We Singaporeans love our fried rice, don’t we. Slices of breaded chicken cutlet sit atop a bed of soft, fluffy egg fried rice — comfort food at its best.
Truffle Scrambled Egg with Chicken Ham Burger (S$3.50)
A luxe spin on the usual chicken ham burger, this truffled version sets itself apart with a perfumed fragrance. Also another great breakfast option, think of it as an upgraded McMuffin (don’t come for me).
