They offer both a breakfast menu (9am–11am) and a lunch menu (11am–4pm), featuring a thoughtful blend of hearty, indulgent, and refreshing flavour profiles.

Between Buns specialises in four types of bun that hug their flavour-packed proteins — signature brioche, sourdough, hoagie, and schiacciata breads, each paired with curated flavours that are loud but not overwhelming.

If you are in the mood for something indulgent and sinful, get the Fried Chicken on Brioche Buns (S$12), the French Dip on Hoagie (S$20), or the Oxtail Melt on Sourdough (S$25) for that perfect mix of textures and flavour kick.
That said, you don’t have to worry about the flavours being overly heavy. With a thoughtful choice of ingredient pairings, enjoy those sandwiches without feeling guilty.
