Anyone who’s been on a diet knows the struggle of avoiding social gatherings just to stay on track. If that sounds familiar, KFC’s latest menu launch might be exactly what you need. Starting 20 May 2026, they’re rolling out a permanent menu catering to the health-conscious. Now, you’ll be able to feast with your friends again without blowing your calorie goals.
A greener menu
The new menu features 3 new items: a Loaded Salad Bowl (S$7.85), a Side Salad Cup (S$4.45), and a Corn Cup (S$3.25), available à la carte and as a meal.
The Loaded Salad Bowl will be served with succulent chicken bites over a bed of fresh lettuce with cherry tomatoes and sweet corn for extra freshness and sweetness. You can choose between 2 dressing options: a Kewpie black vinegar onion for some tartness, or a Caesar dressing for added richness and creaminess.
For those tracking their nutrition, the bowl is about 309kcals, with an impressive 19g of protein and 1g of fibre, perfect for hitting those daily protein goals. It’s also available as a meal with either plain water or apple juice for S$8.95.
If you’re worried you can’t fill up on salads alone, add-ons are available with all orders of the Loaded Salad Bowl and Garden Side Salad. You can get a piece of Chicken Tender for S$1.95, a whipped potato for S$1.50, or a medium mac and cheese for S$2.95.
However, if you want to go all out and indulge in fried chicken, then the side salad or corn cup is a perfect option to balance the meal while still getting your daily dose of greens and fibre.

To celebrate the launch, KFC will be giving away 150 complimentary Loaded Salad Bowls at its HarbourFront Centre outlet. Simply head down on 20 May 2026 from 2pm onwards for a chance to snag one for free.
