A Fresh Line-up

Caffe Fernet has unveiled new food and drinks menus inspired by the flavours of Italy’s coastline. New additions begin with the Tomato & Ricotta Bruschetta (S$18), followed by a trio of crudos that offer a fresh start to the meal. The Salmon Crudo (S$22) is brightened with passion fruit and Taggiasca olives for a sweet-savoury balance, while the Tuba Crudo (S$24) brings gentle heat from Calabrian chilli and freshness from the mint. The Hamachi Crudo (S$29) rounds out the selection with crisp fennel and pickled celery.
Heartier dishes showcase the kitchen’s modern Italian approach, from the tender Iberico Pork Pluma (S$29) with salsa verde to the Paccheri Tuna Bolognese (S$35), where tuna, squid, tomato, and lobster stock lend coastal character to a comforting pasta dish. Completing the selection are the Chicken Scarpariello (S$40) and the Pomfret Piccata (S$48), pan-seared and finished in vibrant butter, white wine, and zesty lemon sauce.
If you’re heading down for lunch, do check out their Weekday and Weekend & PH Lunch Sets, with a two-course meal priced at S$40 or a three-course meal at S$46. Do note that prices are subject to GST and service charge. The menu also caters to a range of dietary preferences, with dedicated options for Vegetarians, Kids, and Gluten-Free diners.

Did someone say daily Happy Hour? Raise your glass from opening until 7.30pm and enjoy a marvellous selection of cocktails at S$16, including the classic Aperol Spritz, Strawberry Frosé, and CF Negroni, plus wines by the glass (S$14) and beer (S$12).
Fireworks and National Day Feast

Looking for a place to celebrate National Day and get front-row views of Marina Bay’s fireworks display? For one night only, enjoy a sharing-style set menu that celebrates Singaporean flavours with Italian twists on 9 August 2026, from 5pm to 9pm. This includes the cheesy Buffalo Mozzarella, Otah Tortellini lathered in rich laksa butter, and Rendang Short Ribs served on a bed of coconut polenta. Sounds good? It gets even better with complimentary free-flow cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beers. Priced from S$250 nett per adult and S$55 per child (below 12 years old), tickets for this special dining experience will go on sale from 6 July 2026.
