Carrotsticks & Cravings doesn’t make you pick a side. Some days you want a full plate. On other days you want something you can carry out the door. Either way, the menu has room for it!

For the after-training crowd, or anyone who wants a shake that does a bit more than a regular smoothie, the Protein Wake Up Call (S$14) features Chocolate Whey Protein Powder and Espresso to keep you caffeinated. If you want something fruity and easy to drink, the Berry Boost (S$12) is berry-licious with Acai and Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, hitting your protein intake with enjoyment.

Good food isn’t just one ingredient; it’s the whole plate. Got a craving? Pancakes The Right Way (S$23) is a blueberry banana oat pancake, gluten- and sugar-free, served with Greek yoghurt and fresh berries. Prefer savoury? The Signature Smash Avo (S$18) is there for you.

And if you think sandwiches are boring, you haven’t tried any of the 8 on the menu. Feeling adventurous? The Chicken Goat Cheese (S$20) and the Eggplant (S$22) with Tahini and pickled lemon cream aren’t your classic kind of sandwich. Want something more familiar? There’s the Pastrami (S$24), rich brisket on toasted sourdough, or the Pesto & Roasted Pepper (S$18), a herby, fragrant Focaccia sandwich. Either way, you’re ordering what you feel like eating.

Not in the mood to sit down for a meal? Fresh juices are a simple alternative. Celery Cleanse (S$8) is slightly citrusy, and Green Detox (S$10) is refreshing, with a hint of sweetness from the apple. Order one because sipping the green stuff sounds good.

Something for Every Order

We know superfoods are great, but balance is better. No food from Carrotsticks & Cravings is “good” or “bad.” Just food, and a menu that trusts you to know what you’re in the mood for.

Go if you want a protein shake after a gym or pilates session, a juice just because, or a proper meal to fuel your body with nutrients and energy. And if you’re dining with someone whose order looks nothing like yours, Carrotsticks & Cravings has you covered with an extensive menu.
