Skipping alcohol doesn’t mean skipping the fun. At Gibson, they make mocktails just as good as cocktails. Shaking up the scene with Chin Chow Cooler, a concoction of Lyre’s Blanco, grass jelly, osmanthus, and lapsang souchong; Watermelon Garibaldi, a blend of Seedlip Grove, coconut milk, and Monin Bitter; and the classic Bloody Marie, a spicy elixir of cherry tomatoes, hot sauce, black pepper, bonito lemon, and candied celery. Each non-alcoholic cocktail is priced at S$20.

You shouldn’t have to explain why you’re not drinking. Just get a great non-alcoholic drink from the Writers Bar. If you’re in the mood for something different, Phoenix mixes passionfruit, ginger, and lemon for an aromatic zest; Second Draft weaves in soursop, sencha, and calamansi, reminiscent of hawker flavours; and Kafka’s Spritz leans more towards a healthier tea approach, with pu-erh, oolong, green apple, and dragon fruit. These beverages are priced at S$20.

Decision made. Now reserve it here.
