Regardless of whether you choose between tom yum or pork broth, you’ll also get free-flow pork lard that’ll keep your grill slick and your meats tasting sick.
Don’t miss out on the dipping sauces as well, especially if you’ve got a good spice tolerance. Oh, and why not end the meal on a a refreshing note with Coconut Jelly (it’s served in an actual coconut husk) that can be ordered off the a la carte menu?
