It’s been 5 years since Hello Arigato opened its first cafe at Upper Thomson. Since then, it has opened 6 outlets across Singapore and become a spot where people gather for Japanese-inspired sandos, matcha, coffee, and more.
To celebrate the 5-year mark, Hello Arigato has brought together customers’ favourites from all 6 outlets into one refreshed menu, now available at all its locations.
One of the highlights of this menu is the Big Fish Sando (S$22), which was previously only available at Joo Chiat and Cross Street. This thick, delicious sando contains layers of crispy halibut fish katsu, pickled onions, shredded cabbage, Japanese tartar sauce, tobiko mayo, and American cheddar cheese.
Another crowd favourite featured on this menu is the Hokkaido Milk Udon Carbonara (S$20). I know, just looking at that beautiful egg yolk is mouth-watering. Order a plate, and you’ll get bite after bite of Sanuki udon tossed in miso carbonara sauce, pancetta, caramelised leeks, egg yolk, and parmesan cheese.
Fried chicken lovers are not left out either! The Arigato Fried Chicken (S$10) is a new side in this refreshed menu, made of crispy chicken seasoned with the cafe’s 10-spice house blend.
And of course, the refreshed menu features beverages such as its best-selling matcha and coffee options. Diners can also look forward to new creations in the Coffee Series, which puts a twist on some popular classics. This includes the Snowy Mont Blanc (S$8) and the Coffee Cola Cloud (S$8).
