Hotel Miramar, located near Robertson Quay, is celebrating the reopening of The FernTree Cafe and its multi-cuisine buffet (after three long years) with a fabulous 1-for-1 promotion you won’t want to miss.
Even better — this 1-for-1 Asian Heritage Buffet can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone, so we can all tuck into the sumptuous spread of fresh and baked seafood, live stations, and old-time favourites without needing a specific credit or debit card.
Prices start from S$44.90++ per person for the Weekend Lunch Buffet (U.P. S$89.90), which runs from 12pm–2.30pm (Fri to Sun, Eve of PH & PH).
Highlights include The Seafood on Ice Bar, comprising Poached Fresh Prawns, Black Lip Mussels, and Half Shell Scallops; and cooked seafood dishes like Seafood Hokkien Mee, Baked Seafood on Scallop Shell with Mozzarella Cheese, and Grilled Roasted Dory with Teriyaki Sauce.
You can also find assorted Fried & Steamed Dim Sum; Indian Tandoor Dishes; and Local Wok Delights like Hainanese Steamed Chicken Rice and Wok Fried Dried Beef Hor Fun.
For those looking to load up on all the meat and seafood dishes they can muster, highlights from the Rotisserie & Grill include Braised Lamb Shank and Mushroom or Chicken Risotto, alongside Roasted Beef with Mushroom Sauce, Roasted Leg of Lamb with Lamb Roasted Gravy, and Grilled Whole Fillet of Salmon from the Carving Station (dinner-only).
And of course, no buffet is complete without Live Stations dishing out signatures like Singapore Nyonya Laksa and Kueh Pie Tee, as well as desserts ranging from Mini Tarts and Chocolate Éclairs to Durian Pengat and Bread Butter Pudding with Sauce.
If you can only make it for dinner, the Weekday Dinner Buffet (U.P. S$109.80++) is priced at S$49.90++ per person, and the Weekend Dinner Buffet (U.P. S$109.80++) is priced at S$54.90++ per person after the promotion.
The latter features exclusive dishes like Singapore Style Char Kway Teow, Crab or Crayfish Dish of the Day (like chilli and black pepper), Whole Fish, Assorted Satay, and even a Japanese Tempura Live Station, so drop by for dinner on the weekend if you want to seriously indulge.
You can even top up S$20++ for free-flow Tiger Beer and Wine because nothing beats a good boozy buffet!
