What to expect at the buffet
The hardest part? Deciding what to eat first. Kickstart your first bite with appetisers such as a modern twist on Otah, the Otak-otak Casserole, the slow-braised Peranakan classic Ayam Buah Keluwak Nyonya Chang, and the aromatic Martabak Chicken Frittata. Ready for the mains? Indulge in the fragrant Nasi Lemak from the Nasi Lemak Live Station, the classic Hainanese Chicken Rice, and the wok-fried Singapore-style Malay Mee Goreng Seafood.
Want something spicy? Reach for the soulful Mee Siam Mamak and the beloved Nyonya Laksa served with fresh prawns, or scoop yourself a good bowl of North-Indian Italian-style Butter Chicken Masala Risotto with tasty Papadoms, packed with flavours and spice; you’ll be reaching for seconds in no time. Here’s your reminder not to wear white because it’s chilli crab time! Get ready to dip the crispy golden-brown Mantou into Singapore’s famous flavourful Chilli Crab or the comforting Tulang Merah (red bone soup). Be prepared to leave with a deeply satisfied stomach!
Buffet Hours
Enjoy a 1-for-1 lunch and dinner buffet for adults, priced from S$88 to S$108 for two adults, depending on the dining session. Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing GST. The lunch buffet is available daily from 12pm to 2.30pm, while the dinner buffet runs Sunday to Friday from 6pm to 9.30pm. On Saturdays, the dinner buffet is offered in two seatings. The first seating runs from 5pm to 7pm, and the second seating from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
