Pet Lovers and owners rejoice! Singapore’s largest pet event is back. Taking place from 14 to 16 April 2023 at the Singapore Expo, the PetExpo 2023 will host a slew of exciting activities as well as 80 retail booths selling cute pet merch, special sales, pet competitions and more!
For the 10th year running, the PetExpo is Singapore’s largest pet fair where pet owners will be able to snag some amazing deals on pet supplies from food, to accessories, and even toys.
If you’re looking for healthy treats to feed your pets, make sure to check out the delicious offerings over at Pet Cubes, Absolute Bites, WildChow Pet, and Bom Bom. If you struggle with getting your pet to finish their food, you can also chat with the friendly staff onsite to gain some handy tips and tricks to get your furkid to have a more nutritious diet.
For those with senior pets, there are plenty of pet health booths at the fair for you to check out and gain new insight into caring for older pets. You can also purchase healthy pet vitamins or stock up on some pet medicine.
Think your pet is due for a haircut? There will also be pet grooming services available on-site to give your pet a new hairdo. Let the professional groomers tidy up your furkid’s messy mane and transform it into a shiny new coat. Once they’re done with their grooming session, you can take them shopping for some new clothes and accessories.
Apart from shopping, the PetExpo also has an impressive lineup of competitions, shows and seminars taking place. I already have my eyes set on the 4th Singapore Guppy Championship and the Singapore Ornamental Shrimp Competition — the names of the competitions have certainly piqued my curiosity and I’m intrigued to see what they’re all about.
Other shows at the fair that I will be checking out are the FCI Grooming Competition and the FCI International CACIB Dog Show — I’m all for watching cute show dogs showing off their talents. The Animal Communication Talk by Paws and Crystals is also one not to be missed, especially if you want to know what your pet is thinking (do they actually love you?).
There will also be a veterinarian on-site to provide physical health consultations as well as provide advise to owners on how they can better care for their furkids. You can also book a free pet health consultation by AVS — you wanna be early for this as it operates on a first come first serve basis. First time pawrents who have not microchipped their furkid can also look forward to a complimentary microchipping service.
Tickets are priced at S$5 for a one-day pass or S$12 for a three-day pass, all pets and children under 12 enter for free. SAFRA and NTUC members can enjoy special discounts of S$4 for a one-day pass and S$10 for a three-day pass. You can purchase them online — sales will end on 7 April 2023.
