Most diners that visit the popular Korean-owned Pohang Seafood & Butchery tend to go for the signature hwe, or Korean sashimi and seafood stews. After all, it’s one of the few places in Singapore offering authentic, hard-to-find dishes like sannakji (live octopus) and flatfish sashimi.
But now, let’s turn our attention to the butchery, which is often underlooked — did you know that Korean BBQ is available for dine-in there?
After the success of their live giant tuna cutting show and all-you-can-eat sashimi buffet in June 2023, the eatery has launched a Free Flow K-BBQ promotion exclusive to their Beauty World outlet.
Typically, diners who visit for BBQ purchase their meats directly from the butchery, pay a small free for the grill (provided by the eatery) and dine at the alfresco seating area.
From now till 31 October 2023, inclusive of weekends, you’ll get to enjoy unlimited servings of fresh premium pork belly (samgyupsal) and pork collar for just S$28++ per person.
Pair your juicy grilled pork with side dishes, or banchan, like kimchi (we highly recommend throwing some onto the grill), dried anchovies, spicy fish cakes, raw onions, and perilla leaves for wrapping.
Do note that each dine-in session is limited to 100 minutes and is only applicable for outdoor seating from 5.30pm onwards.
