Who’s that Pokemon? If you’re a sucker for cute stuff and love Pokemon (like I am), then you’ll wanna make sure you don’t miss out on this. Shell is launching a series of Pokemon dehumidifier plushies that will keep your car or room smelling fresh and clean all year round.
In case you’re wondering what a dehumidifier plushie is, it basically has the same functions as your regular dehumidifier. These plushies can be used indoors to absorb moisture and prevent mildew, to ensure that your surroundings smell clean and fresh. No car? No problem! Here’s how you can redeem these adorable plushies.
The collection will feature four Pokemon — Pikachu, Snorlax, Eevee, and Charizard. Each design will also be rolled out at specific periods from 1 September 2023 and costs S$18.90. Each plushie will also come with one Pokemon Trading Card Game Fun Pack and a playmat. Both Pikachu and Snorlax will be available from 1 September, while Eevee will be available from 1 October 2023, and Charizard will be available from 1 November 2023.
You’ll be able to purchase any of the Snorlax, Eevee or Charizard plushies when you need to hit a minimum gross spend of S$70 on any Shell fuels — this should be pretty easy since one full pump will set you back around S$80. If you don’t need to pump petrol, you can still redeem the plushie if you spend a minimum of S$15 nett on Shell Select Store items.
For Pikachu (S$18.90), on the other hand, you’ll need to hit a minimum gross spend of S$70 on Shell V-Power or S$15 nett on Shell Select Store items. Since Pikachu is essentially the face of Pokemon, it’ll naturally be a little harder to hit the minimum spend.
Die-hard fans of Pikachu can also get a chance to meet your favourite Pokemon on 2 and 3 September 2023. Check out Shell’s social media for more details on where you can catch Pikachu. Remember to flash your Shell Asia app and register as a member if you wanna snap a picture with Pikachu.
From 10am, the first 100 customers on 2 and 3 September to visit the petrol kiosks in Hougang, Siglap, Paya Lebar Macpherson, Bukit Batok Nature Park, Havelock, and Tampines Avenue 2 will receive a free goodie bag. The goodie bag will consist of more Pokemon merch, Shell Select merch, and Shell Select vouchers.
Time for me to plan a shopping spree at Shell Select to get myself that Snorlax dehumidifier!
