Choose from an enticing selection of Braised Snacks, such as Braised Lotus Root, Braised Quail Eggs, and Braised Chicken Feet.
Those with a slightly more adventurous palate can opt for snacks like the Braised Duck Tongue and Braised Pig Ear.
Pair your hotpot, braised snacks, and crayfish with an ice-cold bottle of Haidilao Weisseber, Haidilao’s very own German-style wheat beer, which won a Gold Award at the 2022 World Beer Awards.
