Can you believe we’re already halfway through 2026? With the June school holidays coming up, there’s no shortage of things to do around Singapore. From family-friendly festivals to foodie events and unique experiences, here are 14 things you can do this June 2026.

GastroBeats 

Singapore’s largest food and music festival, GastroBeats, is making its highly anticipated return from 5 June 2026 to 28 June 2026. This year’s edition features over 40 food vendors, daily live performances, and even a dedicated pickleball experience for sports enthusiasts.

The food lineup includes vendors such as Slurp Your Oysters, popular for its fresh seafood offerings, and Jett Barbecue, which specialises in tender American-style barbecue meats. Families can also look forward to a vibrant kids’ playzone packed with bumper cars, a Viking ship ride, carnival games, and plenty of other attractions to keep little ones entertained.

i Light Singapore

For those of you who are artsy, here is something for you! The annual i Light Singapore, Asia’s leading light festival, is returning from 5 June 2026 to 28 June 2026. Movement is the theme of this year’s event, with many of the light displays showcasing the expressive power of motion.

There will be interactive installations such as Let’s Fish the Sun!, which lets visitors “reel in” the sun and reverse the sunset. You can also check out local artworks such as Steps by Nawal Bte Azhar, a glowing staircase that symbolises Singapore’s progress as a Nation.

Asia Cat Expo 

Cat lovers, clear your calendars because the ultimate feline weekend is returning to Singapore. Flower Market and JuJu World 

Catch Australian contemporary artist CJ Hendry bringing not one but two immersive installations to Singapore. From a larger-than-life Flower Market filled with plush blooms to the whimsical debut of JuJu World, visitors can look forward to stepping into two imaginative worlds unlike any other.

Taking over the West Lawn (beside Bayfront Plaza), the Flower Market installation will be filled with over 30 flower varieties. Enjoy Singapore-exclusive blooms such as the Papilionanthe Miss Joaquim, Raffles’ Pitcher Plant, and Singapore Ginger Flower.

Following that, JuJu World will feature larger-than-life installations, immersive displays and limited-edition merchandise from 20 June 2026. Ticket and timing details will be released closer to the launch, so do keep a lookout!

Jewel Blooms

Jewel Changi Airport has blossomed into a vibrant floral wonderland with the launch of Celebrate Jewel Blooms with LEGO Botanicals. Beauty Vault 2026: Luxury beauty pop-up

Raffles City Singapore has returned with the third edition of Beauty Vault — its annual signature luxury beauty pop-up, running until 14 June 2026. The multi-zone mall-wide experience brings together an extensive line-up of 25 premium beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness brands, including first-time brands Hermès Beauty and Prada Beauty, housed within Raffles City.

Lazy Days with Dog & Frog

This illustrator is turning the universal experience of “doing nothing” into one of the most relatable art exhibits. Lazy Days with Dog & Frog by Niall Breen is debuting in Singapore from 29 May 2026 to 26 July 2026. The exhibition will take place at Heartware Store and Gallery, a cosy space tucked among the shophouses along Joo Chiat Road

Enjoy the artist’s raw depictions of life through his dog and frog characters— their idle chats, quiet musings on a lazy afternoon, or simply appreciating the mundane moments. Alongside artwork, there will also be exclusive merchandise and an artist talk by Niall Breen himself. Fans can even bring home a piece of the exhibition with woven throws featuring Niall Breen’s illustrations, available in two designs.

Toy Story 5 @ VivoCity

Step into a playful world of Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story with a spectacular mall-wide celebration inspired by the highly anticipated release of Toy Story 5 in cinemas. Durian Buffet @ FairPrice Xtra 

Durian season is right around the corner, which means our neighbourhoods will soon be filled with the pungent aroma of the notorious fruit. As fruit stalls start stocking their shelves, FairPrice is taking it up a notch with its all-you-can-eat durian buffet.

Children’s Festival

Children’s Festival featuring Disney’s Winnie the Pooh is taking place from 30 May 2026 to 21 June 2026 at Supertree Grove. The festival is themed around the iconic bear and his friends, celebrating 100 years of friendships, curiosity, kindness, and the simple joys of life.

There will be numerous themed installations for kids to explore, play, and take photos at. The Hundred Acre Glide, for example, will allow kids to go on Singapore’s first Winnie the Pooh-themed zipline. Other installations inspired by the different characters include The Sweetest Drops, The Joyful Puddle, and The Brave Logs

There will also be carnival games, a retail pop-up, and a cafe pop-up during the weekends, as well as an inflatable march with music and dancing on Saturdays. Furthermore, throughout the festival, children under 12 can enter the Flower Dome for free.

The Portals Experience 

Do you geek out about alternate universes, fictional worlds, and made-up characters? Or are you someone who just wishes you could go on an adventure in a medieval fantasy land or in outer space? At the Portals Experience, you can. This June, one of the world’s largest science fiction and fantasy collections is making its global debut right here in Singapore.

Journey across eight “realms” and enjoy over 300 original paintings from some of the world’s greatest creators and fictional universes. Beyond paintings, you will also get up close with around 10,000 hand-painted miniatures, including three dioramas — the world’s largest recreations of Atlantis, a fantasy battlefield, and a visionary sci-fi future.
