PEACEMINUSONE Collabs (1 Oct onwards)
By now, you would have heard of K-pop icon G-DRAGON’s collaboration with McDonald’s Singapore. Beyond the Spicy Bulgogi Chicken Burger and other tasty menu items, another highlight of this partnership is limited-edition merchandise from PEACEMINUSONE.
The fashion brand co-founded by G-DRAGON is not just collaborating with the fast food chain, though. In another surprising crossover, PEACEMINUSONE and Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story have come together to create a special collection.
Titled ‘The First Fan’, the result is a range of figurines, plushies, apparel, accessories, and more. The collection is already available for pre-order on the official website, but fans can also look forward to a pop-up in October!
This pop-up in Singapore is the first in Southeast Asia and will be located at CQ @ Clarke Quay from 16 October 2026 to 11 November 2026. Follow the event’s organiser for more updates.

SAM30 Festival Weekend (2 & 3 Oct)
Shoutout to all our artsy readers! The first weekend of October will already be exciting for you, with the SAM30 Festival Weekend. This is Singapore Art Museum’s (SAM) 30th-year celebration, and visitors can drop by for a weekend filled with art, music, food, and more.
The 2-day celebration takes place on 2 & 3 October 2026, but I think it’s worth heading down on the first night. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from 6pm to 9.30pm, featuring Cicheti, La Birria Tacos, and SIP at SAM. There will also be live music performances by Sho & Tell and Yihui.
You can also capture memories with friends and bring them home. In collaboration with Photomanner, SAM invites visitors to The Analog Dept. photobooth to snap photos, apply exclusive SAM filters, and turn them into keepsakes with charms.

This list wouldn’t feel complete without recommendations for the foodies. Here’s something scrumptious to look forward to every Sunday in October. The Curry On! Sunday: Local Lunch Buffet is a special, limited-time collaboration between Opus Bar and Grill and Old Chang Kee.
For S$108++, 2 adults will get to enjoy this buffet, 1-for-1. Children are also welcome at S$28++ for each 6- to 12-year-old, and free for those 5 years and younger. Diners will find an Old Chang Kee Corner at the centre of this collaboration, featuring iconic flavours in new iterations. This includes dishes like Laksa Roast Salmon, Nasi Lemak Seaweed Roll, and Curry Chicken Lasagna.

Crack The Case: Wonderland (9 Oct to 1 Nov)
Ever heard of Crack the Case? For the uninitiated (like me), a quick explanation: imagine an immersive experience with detailed sets, live actors, non-linear storytelling, and most importantly, a mystery to solve. You will be put into the role of a pseudo-detective, as you try to Crack the Case.
In its newest edition, Crack the Case: Wonderland, you are invited to the Mad Hatter’s birthday party in Wonderland, where the tea has gone cold. In this whimsical 90-minute experience, you will interrogate characters, investigate a crime scene, and look for clues to save Wonderland.
What’s also fun is being able to see local actor Noah Yap in the role of the Mad Hatter as you solve riddles along the way. Crack the Case: Wonderland is suitable for all ages above 6 and is also SG Culture Pass-eligible.

Farmers Market (10 Oct)

Another immersive exhibition will run until 25 October 2026. Bloomyard by Graphic Rewilding has been open for a few weeks, but if you have yet to enter its playful, botanical world, now might be the time.
You will experience microscopic maximalism as you wander around and see blooms and activities of different kinds. Some highlights include flower-shaped table tennis tables, a garden mini-golf course, and swings surrounded by vibrant flowers.
You can also visit The Bloomery cafe for a break and a drink. Book your tickets on Fever if you’re interested, and step into a surreal, larger-than-life experience.

Of course, we can’t talk about October without mentioning Oktoberfest. This folk festival, which originated in Germany, has grown into the world’s largest and sees its influence spreading to different countries with their own take on the celebration.
This is also apparent in Singapore, where German restaurants like Brotzeit have launched themed menus, promotions, and events. From now until 25 October 2026, Brotzeit Singapore will be hosting a series of celebrations, including free-flow drinks, parties, and a family brunch.

Jujutsu Kaisen In Concert (31 Oct)
For fans of the anime Jujutsu Kaisen and its accompanying soundtrack, the end of October is an exciting time. Jujutsu Kaisen In Concert is coming to Singapore on 31 October 2026 with 2 shows at Esplanade Theatre.
The audience can expect a great time of music and mayhem with a hybrid ensemble of 12 musicians blending classical and modern instruments. Relive iconic scenes on a big screen while a live band plays on stage, and have a deeper appreciation of the series’ soundtrack.

Festival of Thrills at Resorts World Sentosa (Till 1 Nov)
From now until 1 November 2026, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is hosting a Festival of Thrills, inviting visitors to unleash the thrill-seeker in them. In fact, RWS has transformed into a destination packed with exciting experiences, including gastronomic dining, after-dark adventures, limited-time rewards, and more.
Oceanarium until 1 November 2026. This takes your visit to the Oceanarium to the next level with after-dark moments, allowing you to see the waters and their inhabitants in a new light.
As the name suggests, you will be able to observe glowing marine life sculptures, among other activities like neon-face painting. Into the Glowcean requires a standard admission ticket (S$55 for adults) to the Singapore Oceanarium; for more information on what else to expect, visit the attraction’s website.
October is commonly referred to as “Spooktober” because of Halloween. So, it’s no surprise that the annual Halloween Horror Nights has also returned to Universal Studios Singapore as part of Festival of Thrills. If you’re someone who sees getting scared as thrilling, this is for you.
