Wheeler’s Tropikana offer the kind of menu you’d expect poolside on holiday: relaxed, flavourful, and easy to graze through all afternoon. Not sure about you, but my kind of brunch calls for Omelette au Fromage (S$18) and the Pastrami Panini (S$24). Prefer a heartier and messier kind of breakie? The Salmon Benny (S$26) or Egg Florentine (S$24) might be your cup of tea, and it’s great for sharing.
Wheeler’s Tropikana also serves Kombucha on Tap for S$8 per glass – Strawberry Mint, Pink Guava, and Raspberry Passionfruit. Apart from that, there’s also a Weekend Bottomless Brunch happening every Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 4pm, priced at S$68++ for 2 hours of free-flow drinks – Red, White, Rosé, or Beer on tap.
Dinner
Not a morning person? Come for slower afternoons with refreshing cocktails – Lychee or Apple Martini (S$15) and Long Island Iced Tea (S$19), or knock yourself out with their Cocktail Jug for S$48, with 2 kinds to choose from. Wheeler’s Tropikana is the kind of place where one drink turns into an evening. Catch the sunset with their fresh Summer Caprese (S$26) and indulge in pizza and pasta.
For a sociable evening with a bigger group, order a Rack of Lamb (S$48) with smoked tomato salsa and their special Jeju Pork Tomahawk (S$60) with charred leeks. Pair these proteins with sides of Broccolini (S$12) and Roasted Carrots (S$12) with tahini yoghurt on the side for dipping. For the crust, we can trust their Artichoke & Parma (S$26) and the Good Ole Marg (S$22) – a pizza that never goes wrong.
