For the first time in a decade, Canton Paradise is introducing a refreshed menu featuring 20 new dishes across dim sum, seafood, claypot, and wok-fried dishes.
Fans of the restaurant’s Hong Kong-style noodles, congee, roasted specialities, and dim sum now have even more options to choose from.
A new highlight of the Canton Paradise menu is the Steamed Duo Crispy Rice Roll with Prawn Filling and Black Truffle Mushroom Filling (S$11.90). This unique take on a dim sum staple comes with 2 kinds of fillings, each wrapped in a deep-fried golden crust and silky steamed rice sheet.
Looking for some wok hei? The Stewed Prawn and Vermicelli with Black and White Pepper in Claypot (S$29.90) is a new seafood dish simmered in rich chicken broth. I can already smell the fragrant, smoky aroma of the peppers.
Other hearty, savoury dishes that Canton Paradise is introducing include Stir-fried Pork Collar with Organic Cauliflower (S$19.90), Mapo Tofu with Prawn (S$18.90), and Braised Flounder with Pork Belly, Fish Tofu and Garlic (S$27.90).
Adding to the refreshed menu are outlet-exclusive items at Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC) and Marina Bay Sands (MBS). Diners visiting Canton Paradise at ARC will find the new Stir-fried Tender Pork Collar with Shrimp Paste and Lettuce in Claypot (S$22.90) – a delicious trio of tender pork collar slices, crisp lettuce, and rich shrimp paste.
At the MBS outlet, patrons can explore 5 additional items, including 4 different cod dishes. Whether you like your fish steamed, crisp-fried or braised, you will find something that suits your preferences.
