Star Wars Pop-Up Library

A childhood classic, Star Wars has landed in Changi Airport as a library pop-up.
The library features over 2,000 physical Star Wars books, with 380 unique titles handpicked by NLB librarians. Titles include Star Wars: Darth Vader comic series; Star Wars: The Mandalorian: The Manga series; Star Wars: The High Republic junior novel series, and more

Browse the library’s vast collection with the help of its robot librarian, and find your favourite titles through an automated book retrieval system. If reading isn’t up your young one’s alley, they can take a quiz to discover which Star Wars Jedi they most resemble, or put Star Wars knowledge to the test through a trivia.

Spend a Day at Gardens by the Bay

Spend the day at Singapore’s favourite flower attraction, full of a mix of free and paid attractions. In partnership with Gardens by the Bay’s iconic Christmas Train Show, LEGO festive attractions will be stationed across the park from 23 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.

Look for the LEGO retail pop-up next to the main ticketing counter, and complete a stamping rally with their complimentary and exclusive LEGO postcard. You can even receive your own LEGO passport and bring home an exclusive festive stamp for free! While enjoying these freebies, be sure to also look out for the LEGO Santa Mascot’s special appearances every weekend from 2pm onwards

End the day with Gardens by the Bay’s iconic Supertree Grove light shows, which starts at 7.45pm and 8.45pm every day. In addition to daily light activations, catch the special light show, Borealis, screening every Friday to Sunday at 8pm in the same place.

Children’s Museum

If you’re tired of constantly visiting the Singapore National Gallery, the newly founded Children’s Museum is holding a new hawker-themed exhibition titled Into the Hawkerverse. The show features hands-on activities and multisensory elements to keep children engaged.

This special exhibition spans across three galleries, and includes a dedicated playspace designed for children below four years old—living up to the name of the Children’s Museum.

A highlight of Into the Hawkerverse’s show is the PLAY + MAKE section, where children can utilise the surrounding props to design and create their ideal food party. From making real costumes to designing real-life inspired materials, the PLAY + MAKE experience is an activity I wish had existed when I was a child.

Tickets are free for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PR), and start from S$10 for tourists.
Advance booking is required for all programmes under the Children’s Museum

The Garden offers a farm, an orchard, and a forest with its own stream and ponds. Adventurous children can also explore the suspension bridge, trail up flowing streams, and climb into tree-houses across the garden.

Beyond dry activities, Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden has reopened its Waterplay area as big as approximately 500 square metres. This mini waterpark comprises mist zones, wading pools and jets with various spray patterns and heights—a big help to getting your young one to cool off from Singapore’s sweltering heat.
