Nonette, the cult-favourite banh mi deli from Paris’s trendy district, is back in Singapore for a three-month pop-up, and it’s bringing serious flavour.
From now until 4 October 2025, you’ll find the celebrated sandwich shop at RASA Space, a creative nightlife venue nestled in Republic Plaza at Raffles Place.
Founded in 2021 by Singaporean Pearlyn Lee, Nonette has built a loyal following in the French capital. Its elevated take on the classic Vietnamese-French banh mi has attracted famous fans, including France-based Singaporean actress Sharon Au and the cast of Emily in Paris.
Now, Nonette is bringing that same Parisian flair home for a pop-up. Talk about a full circle!
Expect a rotating menu of two signature Banh Mi Parisien at S$12 each.
The Banh Mi Jambon Beurre is layered with char siu, Vietnamese mortadella, jambon (ham), rich pâté, and French butter.
For something punchier, the Vietnamese Fried Chicken Banh Mi packs Southeast Asian-spiced chicken with tangy pickles and housemade sriracha mayo.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Paris-meets-Asia affair without dessert.
The lineup of Asian-style French pastries includes doughnuts and eclairs with inventive flavours at $4 each. The rotating menu includes the Kaya Donut, Chili Oil Chantilly Donut, Black Sesame Eclair, and a Tan Suan Eclair.
For those who want to try them all, grab the Apero Box for S$19 which includes one banh mi, one donut, and two eclairs.
More than just a food stop, Nonette’s space at RASA offers a hangout spot with after-work vibes, music, and community energy.
This is a delicious chance to catch a slice of Paris in the heart of the CBD. No reservations are needed, but make sure to head in before 10pm to avoid a cover charge.
