Say goodbye to 2023 with viral street food bites, live music performances, thrifting & more all in one place at this free-to-enter Johor Bahru street market

Remember that end-of-year fiesta I was just talking about?

Well, guess what! We just caught wind of another party in JB that features another large variety of street food, retail thrifting, and live performances!

Yes you heard that right, we are not gatekeeping the options for you.

Foodelicious by Park Maya Fest is not shying away from the end of year celebration hype and if you like eating and live music, then this will definitely be up your alley.

Hailed as JB’s No. 1 Fest, it might as well be seeing how it has over 50 F&B vendors, featuring trending Malaysian street food such as ayam gunting (fried chicken cutlets), roti tembam (think really fluffy and airy bread that comes with sweet and savoury filling), cream puffs, the viral Cromboloni (remember those croissant swirls?), Thai mookata, and even the premium street tacos from Locoboys

You might just find everything you crave right here at Park Maya Fest.

And if you need to take a walk around to reduce bloatedness from all that food, don’t worry there are plenty of retail vendors that you can thrift at.

You’re able to find apparel such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jeans, watches, accessories, and even socks and sneakers!

Expect some familiar brands that you have seen before like Casio, Vans, Adidas, and even street brands all under the 4K.Rags handle, and many more.

I did mention live music above right?

There are gonna be busker performances from local indie bands such as Naim Daniel from Muah!, Glow Akustik, Cherpen, Teman Lelaki, and many more accompanying you into the night.

If you’re a fan of EDM, then you may rejoice to learn that there are gonna be local DJs spinning tunes for this four-day event too so keep a lookout! I don’t know about you, but some sick beats to end the year with is definitely a vibe.

Overall, Park Maya Fest already sounds like a blast and I’m having half a mind to stop by this festival even after Mega Fiesta Johor’s one. And just like most JB end-of-year parties, this is also free to enter!

Well there’s still time left for this long weekend so if you’re crossing the border, why not check out these hype end-of-year parties?
