The New Station Rice Bar has created a Braised Duck with Buah Keluak Curry (S$29), a hearty sharing dish that’s soft, tender, and pairs well with their fragrant rice. The curry uses TCC’s rempah, ginger and dried shrimp sambal from New Station. This dish will be available at The Coconut Club Beach Road from now until 31 December.
