Still scrambling for last-minute Valentine’s Day dinner plans?

Grand Park City Hall has you covered with a romantic four-course Valentine’s Day dinner starting at S$88 per person, available from 12 February 2025 to 16 February 2025 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Step inside and feel like you’ve been whisked away to a love-filled island where Cupid himself plays matchmaker.
Every great meal starts with bread (for admin at least, she’s a carb addict). Their Signature Bread and Butter set came to impress. Fluffy brioche, crisp baguette, tangy sourdough, and a dreamy, glazed sunflower seed bun, all served with housemade butter. This must be what dreams are made of.
Fun fact, this recipe was passed down from their previous Italian chef, so you know it’s legit.
First up, the Swordfish Carpaccio.
Thinly sliced and paired with avocado, potato, sun-dried tomato, and anchovies. Not the hugest fan of sashimi but this one actually surprised me with its depth of flavour.
If you love bold, salty flavours (admin says hi), the Quail Breast with Goat Cheese Foam is definitely up your alley. The prosciutto was rich and smoky and paired well with the quail breast.
We got the chance to try out both the mains and here’s the lowdown.
Westholme Wagyu Beef Tenderloin was my pick. The MB 7 tenderloin was packed with flavour but the real show-stealer was the Chanterelle mushrooms, soaked in savoury goodness.
The other main, Turbot was my partner’s pick. The firm meaty flesh truly stands out, and they gave bonus points to the Soy Glazed White Asparagus.
Now, to our unanimous favourite of the night: Reflection of Bliss.
Shaped like a delicate butterfly, this dessert was pure magic. Bold English Tea flavours, frozen strawberry puree, silky pudding, and crunchy biscuit crumbs come together to create an explosion on the palate.
Easily the best way to end the night.
