The grand opening marks six years since founder Sophia Yeow began baking from her home kitchen, starting a journey that has taken the brand from a two-product home delivery operation to a central kitchen, and now, a permanent home in one of Singapore’s most storied heritage neighbourhoods of Katong and Joo Chiat.
Founded by Sophia and her daughter Nicole Lian (Managing Director of Tiap Tiap), Tiap Tiap is built around the simple conviction that food is equally about what is on the plate and who gathers around it. This philosophy is embedded in everything from the brand’s recipes to the shop itself, where guests can savour a cup of coffee or tea with a slice of cake, while deciding on a cake to purchase for a loved one.

Sophie initially started with just three items: pandan chiffon cake, radish and yam kueh. The Pandan Chiffon Cake, made with Japanese cake flour and hand-pressed pandan juice is served with a separately bottled gula melaka for drizzle.

Sentosa will be transformed into seven themed areas with activities running daily from 24 June 2026 to 20 September 2026.
Designed as a day-to-night experience, A Magical Island Adventure combines light, sound, movement and environment across Sentosa’s precincts and natural landscapes, from sunlit beach encounters and interactive play spaces to glowing night-time environments and discovery-led trails. There will be multiple glowing installations lighting up the spaces in vibrant colours after dark.
Also, for the first time, the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia will extend its opening hours until 10pm (SGT) as part of a dedicated night-time programme.
One Island, Seven Special Experiences

Visitors can embark on a discovery trail at their own pace throughout the day and night with an event passport as they explore different experiences that span across the Singapore Cable Car — Sentosa Line to Sensoryscape, Central Beach Bazaar, Palawan Beach, The Palawan, and the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia. Each location will be decked out with features inspired by the Disney Adventure’siconic seven themed areas such as the Disney Imagination Garden, Disney Discovery Reef, Town Square, Wayfinder Bay, San Fransokyo Street, Toy Story Place, and Marvel Landing. At each stop, visitors can collect a special medallion stamp in their event passport that represents these onboard spaces.
Sentosa Express
The adventure begins before guests even set foot on the island. Starting from early July, the Sentosa Express’s exterior will feature Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, welcoming guests into A Magical Island Adventure from the moment they board at VivoCity.

A Magical Island Adventure will also take to the skies aboard the Singapore Cable Car — Sentosa Line. One of Sentosa’s most iconic landmarks, the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia, will be transformed into a glowing coastal wonderland inspired by Disney Discovery Reef and Wayfinder Bay. Drawing from beloved Disney and Pixar stories such as Finding Nemo, The Little Mermaid, and Lilo & Stitch, the experience will feature themed light installations awash in vibrant ocean-inspired colours. Glowing manta rays will also illuminate the waters around the Southernmost Point bridge, creating a magical seaside atmosphere after sunset.
The Wayfinder Bay-inspired area further draws on the spirit of ocean voyaging from the adventurous world of Moana, animating the islet with wayfinding motifs, compass-inspired imagery and star-lit pathways designed to reward exploration and discovery.
Palawan Beach

Palawan Beach will be home to installations themed after San Fransokyo Street, Toy Story Place, and Marvel Landing at The Palawa. Upon arrival at Palawan Beach, guests will be welcomed by a 6-metre inflatable anchor installation flanked by sand-blasted figurines of Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, serving as the event’s signature outdoor photo moment.
The San Fransokyo Street themed area is inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studio’s “Big Hero 6” with a 6-metre Baymax inflatable and beachside deck chair. A dedicated food and retail precinct sits alongside, bringing together food trucks and retailers within a lively beachside activation space, with offerings refreshed across the three-month event period.
A short walk away, the shore features larger-than-life bath toys inspired by Toy Story Place with fan-favourite characters like Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and Bullseye, alongside bubble inflatables and a Toy Story splash pad-inspired shoreline play area centred around a 3.9-metre shower-head feature, with neon lighting transforming the space after dark.
At The Palawan, guests will be treated to installations that take their cue from Marvel Landing’s attractions like Ironcycle Test Run roller coaster and Groot Galaxy Spin, alongside an Infinity Bar inspired space that will have visitors delighted at neon-lit cocktail sculptures when the sun sets.
Central Beach Bazaar and Sensoryscape
At the Central Beach Bazaar, there will be a 3.5-metre Magical Compass installation depicting the Disney Adventure’sseven themed areas that also serve as a storytelling guide across the island.
At Sensoryscape, the entire venue is transformed into a Town Square inspired royal promenade lined with 13 princess-themed hammock installations spotlighting beloved princesses and heroines like Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Merida, Mulan, Raya, Snow White, and more. Be sure to strike a pose with your favourite Disney princess as you identify each of them only through their silhouettes accompanied by recognisable motifs. The light will shift from warm, elegant tones, to kaleidoscopic colour sequences that feature over 100 individual light effects to create a distinct night-time experience.
Within the same space, Tactile Trellis reimagines Disney Imagination Garden through a five-metre topiary installation shaped after the Disney Cruise Line logo, set among manicured greenery and floral displays.

Known as Tortoise Island, Kusu Island is a tranquil space with sacred sites for worship. The island is home to the popular Da Bo Gong Temple, where devotees visit throughout the year to seek blessings and offer prayers.
Beyond the temple, visitors can explore three Malayshrines, or Kramats, located atop a hill. Animal lovers can also stop by the island’s tortoise sanctuary, which houses hundreds of tortoises and turtles.

Sister’s Island

Sister’s Islands is Singapore’s first marine park, which protects the country’s coral reefs and marine life. One of the special features is the 220m floating boardwalk, serving as a coral habitat and research site. It rises and falls with the tides, allowing visitors to view corals and marine biodiversity up close regardless of the tide level.
Big Sister’s Island is open from 7am to 7pm. Closed on the first and third Wednesday of each month, unless the Wednesday falls on a designated Public Holiday, in which case the island will remain open to visitors.
Lazarus Island

If you’re dreaming of crystal-clear waters and soft sandy beaches, Lazarus Island is one of Singapore’s best-kept secrets. Often compared to a quieter version of Sentosa, the island is loved for its tranquil atmosphere and uncrowded shoreline.
Getting there is easy — simply take a ferry to St. John’s Island and cross the connecting causeway. The walk will take around 10 to 15 minutes with rewarding views along the way.

What is even more exciting is that the hawker centre will screen every single World Cup match live on two 130-inch screens, starting in the wee hours of 12 June 2026. For the entire duration of the World Cup, Lau Pa Sat will essentially turn into a 24-hour, daily hub for football enthusiasts.
Since many of the matches will be happening at ungodly hours like 3am and 6am, there will be stalls open round the clock, serving food and drinks that will be a much-needed fuel for everyone to last through the night.

At CHIJMES, a Massive World Cup Live Screening will be held daily at the Main Lawn and B1 areas, through a gigantic 360-degree screen and other large screens. Over at Capitol Singapore, large screens at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski and Outdoor Plaza will screen matches too. However, note that screenings at Outdoor Plaza will only take place from 9am to 10pm.
