Believe it or not, you can actually find high tea for two under S$30 — but in Johor Bahru.
We previously covered 3littlechef and their campsite pop-up back in March 2023 (which has since ended) but they’ve opened a proper cafe, 3littlechef @ Medini, at The Elysia Park Residence just five minutes from LEGOLAND Malaysia by car.
Tucked away in a lush garden oasis, the glasshouse-esque cafe is filled with plenty of natural light and has both indoor and alfresco seating — the perfect place for a leisurely afternoon with your besties.
You can find a decent selection of savoury mains and drinks here, but the desserts are the real stars of the show.
Feast on eyes (and stomach) on the cafe’s selection of Petit Gâteaux in flavours like Matcha Mango, Raspberry Yogurt, and Lemon Blueberry, alongside other decadent desserts like Matcha Vanilla Dacquoise, Peach Blossom Mille Crepe Cake, and Mango Flower Oreo Cheesecake
But if you want to try everything, look no further than the enticing high tea option.
Your sweet tooth will be easily satisfied with the three-tier High Tea Set B (S$20.49/RM68) comprising Mini French Tarts, Panna Cotta, Lemon Meringue Tart, two different French Petit Gâteaux, French Madeleines, Mini Dacquoise, Mixed Fruit Bowl, and Mini Ham & Cheese Croissants.
However, we recommend just going for High Tea Set A (S$26.51/RM88), which comes with two drinks of your choice. Either way, both options are incredibly affordable and can be shared between two (or even three) diners.
Be sure to head down to 3littlechef @ Medini for your high tea fix before the crowds get too crazy! You’ll need a sweet pick-me-up after all the shopping, go-karting, and/or massage sessions, after all.
