That is, until we discovered some really unique standalone Starbucks outlets in Singapore like the colonial-styled one at Rochester Park and forest observatory-inspired one right by Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Now, there’s a new kid on the block — the swanky new Starbucks outlet located at Jurong Lake Gardens.
This new outlet looks straight out of a Korean drama as it stands with its sleek and minimalistic all-black exterior with just a touch of dark wooden accents.
Inside, it’s extremely spacious and airy — with a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows to give you an unobstructed view of the blue sky and lake nearby. It also lets in plenty of natural light so it’s perfect for taking selfies and aesthetic shots! Just imagine being here during golden hour.
Here’s another special feature of this particular Starbucks outlet — it’s officially pet-friendly so your pets can join in on your afternoon tea after a nice walk at the park! The outdoor seating area is also very spacious and perfect for chilling and cooling down with your little furry best friends (only cats and dogs are allowed though!). Of course, there are a list of rules to follow like keeping your fur baby leashed or in a stroller and basic hygiene practices, but it’s no biggie because they aren’t hard to follow at all.
