Dying for a wanderlust? Aviation geeks, you’re in for a treat!
Bangkok has a unique airplane cafe with plenty of photo opportunities and aesthetic food.

Located just 7.6km away from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, this cafe in an actual real aeroplane serves up mains, desserts, and beverages.
The entry ticket into the cafe is from 120 baht (S$4.82), inclusive of a free drink. Tickets come in the form of a boarding pass.

You can even fulfil your pilot dreams at the cockpit, where visitors can simulate piloting a Boeing 747. The 71-metre long aircraft is preserved entirely, from the cockpit and passenger cabin controls to the control systems.

The interior of the plane is realistically set up to resemble an aircraft prepared for takeoff.
Upon arriving inside the plane, you will be greeted by the main lounge and the dining area that fills both sides of the aircraft. You can dine by the signature round aircraft windows while enjoying the ambience.

If you’re big on capturing precious moments on camera, you can pose with the cafe’s “pilot”, step into the cockpit, strike a pose by the flight information display, pose on the aircraft’s engine, stand by the airplane door, and more.
