What you will find in this collection are five new LEGO sets inspired by Olivia’s songs, music videos, and concepts. If you’re an avid fan and listener of albums like SOUR, GUTS, and you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, you will spot Easter eggs in these sets. 

Four of them also come with mini-figurines, representing versions of Olivia from different ‘eras’ and performances. See if you can recognise which stage look these mini-figurines are replicating, and play with different facial expressions to recreate iconic scenes in LEGO form!

One of these sets is the LEGO Editions Olivia Rodrigo’s Dual Guitar (S$179.90), which lets you assemble 1228 LEGO bricks into a beautiful, dual-design instrument that symbolises the two styles of Olivia’s music.

The acoustic guitar half represents her softer genres, while the electric guitar half represents her punky genres. What makes this set even cooler is that it can be opened up to reveal backstage scenes and hidden compartments. Two mini-figurines are included in this set, too.

The LEGO Botanicals & LEGO Editions Olivia Rodrigo’s Flower Bouquet (S$64.90) is the only set in the new collection that does not include any mini-figurines, but will surely still be a hit amongst fans and gift givers. 

Fans of Olivia might recognise the blooms in this bouquet, which are filled with hidden meanings and little surprises. For instance, the 400-piece set features floral nods to Olivia’s Filipino heritage. Keep an eye out for more playful references among the petals and stems.

With Olivia being the first LEGO partner to get her own personalised LEGO Botanicals set, this is an exclusive set we foresee collectors would want to get their hands on. 1. Hamdeok Seoubong Beach

Hamdeok Beach is known for its white sandy beach and turquoise seas. It became one of the most popular beaches for tourists in Jeju, described as “Korea’s Maldives”. Along the beach, there’s an Instagram-worthy place – Cafe Delmoondo, selling a wide selection of pastries and beverages, a great spot for admiring the gorgeous ocean view. We also made our way to Seoubong Peak for a hike, located next to the end of Hamdeok Beach.

2. Seongsang Ilchulbong

Seongsang Ilchulbong is a UNESCO World Heritage and a designated natural reserve. The hike up to the summit takes about 30 minutes; an hour to complete the hike up and down. There’s an entrance fee of 5,000KRW per adult and 2,500KRW for youths and children to reach the summit. If the weather is clear, you can see the shape of Hallasan Mountain and Udo Island. Otherwise, you can opt for the coastal walking trail that is entirely free, offering low-intensity seaside views, which does not go up to the summit. 

Parking is free, but the lots tend to get crowded, so finding a space to park your car can be tricky. Operating hours may vary by season, so it’s worth checking ahead of your visit.

3. Bijarim Forest 

Thousands of centuries-old Japanese torreya trees call this forest home, some standing for 500 to 800 years – including the towering 810-year-old “New Millennium” tree. The loop trail is easy and accessible (stroller- and wheelchair-friendly), with a relaxed walk taking about 1 to 1.5 hours. Great for all ages and a perfect way to immerse yourself in nature. There’s an entrance fee of 3,000KRW and parking is free.

4. Aewol Cafe Street

Aewol Cafe Street in Handam Village is one of Jeju’s cafe-scene highlights. Thanks to the Handam-ro coastal walking path, many of the food spots are connected, so you can wander from one to the next with sea views the whole way. We went to Team Blow, an aesthetic cafe known for its sweeping ocean views, to quench our thirst, and it’s a great spot to unwind between sightseeing or simply enjoy a relaxed afternoon with a beautiful view.

5. Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff

One of our favourite places was the Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff, a striking rock formation made up of hexagonal basalt columns formed by cooling lava from Mount Halla thousands of years ago. We spent about 30 minutes snapping pictures at the observatory platform and admiring the panoramic views. Since there are a handful of popular photo spots on the platform, crowds and queues are common. There’s an entrance fee of 2,000KRW for adults and 1,000KRW for children and youths; parking is not free.

6. Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls

We visited the Cheonjeyeon Falls, which are actually three separate waterfalls, but do not be confused with Cheonjiyeon Falls in Seogwipo. Their names are similar but differ in ‘je’ and ‘ji’. We spent about 1.5–2 hours leisurely walking around and enjoying the scenic views. Apart from the three waterfalls, there’s a 130-meter-long bridge (Seonim Bridge) and Cheonjeru Pavilion within the area. 

There’s an entrance fee of 2,500KRW for adults and 1,350KRW for youths and children. Operating hours vary based on the season you’re visiting. Do note that there are several stairs, and it might not be wheelchair- or stroller-friendly.

7. O’sulloc Tea Museum & Innisfree Jeju House

An unmissable stop is the Osulloc Tea Museum and Innisfree Jeju House, located within the same compound. The Osulloc Tea Museum draws crowds even on weekdays, thanks to its souvenirs and cafe serving up matcha– and peanut-flavoured desserts. There’s a photobooth on the same level as the cafe too, great for visitors who want a memory to take home. Right behind the Innisfree store, the tea fields make for a popular photo spot – and the store itself is stocked with skincare products perfect for bringing home as gifts (or treating yourself).

8. Snoopy Garden

A must-visit spot in Jeju for any Peanuts comics fan, this theme park features indoor exhibition halls with artistic installations tracing the history of the comics and characters, alongside a sprawling outdoor garden with plenty of photo opportunities. We spent about 4 hours exploring the indoor and outdoor areas; good grief, you’ll never want to leave! 

Admission tickets can be purchased on arrival, either via the kiosk machines or at the counter, priced at 19,000KRW for adults (ages 20 and above), 16,000KRW for youths (ages 14–19), and 13,000KRW for children. Parking is free; no need to worry about extra costs!

9. Mount Hallasan

Mount Hallasan has seven hiking trails, with Seongpanak and Gwaneumsa being the main routes to the summit, and Eorimok and Yeongsil offering beginner-friendly, shorter trails, with no reservations needed. We went for the Seongpanak Trail, a 19.2km round-trip route, taking 7-8 hours to complete. This route is physically demanding due to the increasing steepness and rocky routes. For this trail, it’d require an advanced, mandatory online reservation here – Hallasan Visit Reservation System. Be sure to read up on all the different trails before deciding on which to go for!

National Day Celebrations at the National Museum of Singapore 

Want to appreciate more of our local arts? There will be numerous programmes taking place at the National Museum of Singapore on National Day, too. On 9 August 2026, you can visit the museum to experience interactive storytelling, workshops, live performances, a photography showcase by migrant workers, and more.

This is meant to be a full day of celebrations, culminating in live performances by local acts and a free live telecast of the NDP at the end of the day. The screening will be held on the Museum’s Front Lawn, allowing you to catch the parade under the stars.

Throughout the day, visitors can also enjoy free activities, including the SG: Decoded treasure hunt, keycap keychain making, and The Snapshot Corner photobooth. Entry to all galleries will also be free.

These new dishes are inspired by Singapore’s rich food culture and local favourites, while staying true to Tim Ho Wan’s signature flair. A perfect example of this is the new Bak Chor Rice Rolls (S$9.50), showcasing Hong Kong Dim Sum with a Singaporean twist.

Other items on the National Day-themed menu are Laksa Seafood Dumplings (S$7.90 for 3pcs), ‘Orh Nee’ Salted Egg Sesame Ball (S$7.50 for 3pcs), and XO Fried Rice with Bacon & Luncheon Meat (S$13.90). Just reading this is making us crave for Dim Sum.

What makes Skosh’s hand rolls stand out is the thoughtful design – a plastic wrap over the Nico Nico Yaki Nori (roasted seaweed) ensures the nori stays crisp and snappy, even as you’re eating on the go.

Hand Rolls

Skosh’s menu features 13 different hand rolls, including 5 premium flavours for those looking to indulge a little more. We opted for the Skosh Tasting Menu (S$32.80), which came with a curated selection of 5 hand rolls: Snow Crab (S$5.50), Torched Octopus (S$6.50), Hokkaido N34 (S$10.80), Aka Ebi (S$4.50), and Negitoro (S$6.50). Each offers a distinct taste and texture, from delicate and sweet to rich and smoky.

Our top 2 favourites are the Negitoro, minced raw tuna marinated with scallion sauce, soy-curated egg yolk, and furikake, the perfect amount of umami in each bite. Another is the Snow Crab with Japanese cucumber, salted egg tempura bits, and ponzu pearls. The crab’s natural sweetness shone through, making it light and easy to eat. 

Out of curiosity, we also tried the Samsui Scallion Chicken (S$4.50) hand roll, and it did not disappoint. Skosh managed to capture the essence of chicken rice in a hand roll form, pairing tender, fragrant chicken with their chilli-garlic-ginger sauce that tied the whole bite together. 

Sides

From the Sides menu, the Sesame Lotus Salad (S$5) stood out with an interesting flavour combination of lotus root and edamame beans tossed in black sesame dressing, a crunchy, refreshing palate cleanser. 

Specialty Drinks

Introducing three new drinks added to the menu: the Miso Brown Sugar Matcha, Matcha Parfait, and Kinaki Matcha, each priced at S$9.

The Matcha Parfait is topped with creamy house-made Matcha Whip and more matcha powder, a dessert lover’s dream, served in cup form! The Miso Brown Sugar Matcha is prepared using house-made miso cream, miso-infused matcha, and Japanese brown sugar syrup. A unique take on matcha that incorporates a salty element, umami-forward with a hint of sweetness. 

If you’d like the best of both worlds, try the Kinaki Matcha, our personal favourite! It is made with house-made Kinaki Paste and Foam, matcha, and Japanese brown sugar syrup, creating a harmonious blend of sweet and savoury notes. We liked the new flavours so much, we ended up getting extras for takeaway. No regrets! 

Craving a light and refreshing matcha? Try their Coconut Matcha (S$9) or Yuzu Matcha (S$9). An interesting item on their menu is the Matcha Lychee Lager (S$15) – beer and matcha in a cup.

Desserts

The Mochi Matcha Basque Cheesecake (S$12) had the creamiest, smoothest Matcha filling, wrapped in the softest house-made mochi. A slice is good for one without being too jelak, though we’d recommend sharing it if you’re also planning to order the Kinako Mochi with brown sugar syrup (S$6). The brown sugar syrup verges on being quite sweet, almost resembling gula melaka, and pairs beautifully with the mochi.

You can even create your own custom, complimentary keychain when you spend a minimum of S$30 – while stocks last! 

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the new Skosh outlet, and it’s safe to say we’re already planning our next visit!

Located right outside Exit 1 of Gardens by the Bay MRT Station, The F1 Exhibition is located in a new gigantic structure we can only describe as “cool-looking tents”. These tents would give you a sense of the scale of this exhibition.

Once you’re inside, you will be able to explore seven immersive rooms and zones, covering different aspects of F1. The first that stood out to us was Once Upon A Time In Formula 1, a gallery with displays, cars, and artefacts that will take you from the past to the present of the motorsport. 

Get ready your cameras to snap many photos. Also, if you’re someone who loves to read about the ‘lore’ behind everything, this exhibition will be right up your alley. Almost every display and corner has interesting descriptions, facts, and footnotes for you to learn about how F1 developed into its current form.

For fans of the F1 movie, there is also one surprise waiting for you here. We will not spoil it for you, so keep your eyes peeled!

Two other rooms — Revolution By Design and Design Lab — take you into the inner workings of the F1 car, allowing you to dive deeper into each part. There are even interactive screens that let you take a closer look at steering wheels and how they have evolved.

In fact, these interactive screens are placed throughout the entire exhibition, letting you zoom in on specific cars and parts that you would otherwise never have the opportunity to.

One thing the exhibition does really well is utilising both digital and physical elements to immerse visitors in the world of F1. From actual tyres to engine parts to the iconic Red Bull RB7, you will have plenty to see and appreciate, especially if you are a fan.

After the cars, if you want to get closer to the drivers, you can too. You might not see Max Verstappen or Lewis Hamilton in person, but you can see the equipment that top drivers like them use on race days. 

If you want to know more about some of your favourite drivers’ backgrounds, you might just find some tidbits here and there too. Spare some time for the Drivers & Duels room and get up close and personal with drivers’ helmets, suits, and more. 

You can also activate your imagination and see yourself as a Formula 1 driver on an interactive screen. The onscreen avatar even responds to your movements, so come ready with your very own winning pose. Want to do something with a bit more creativity? Look for another interactive corner where you can design your own driver’s helmet!

The F1 Exhibition also has a zone exclusive to this Singapore edition. Singapore Drive takes you through the most significant moments and personalities in the history of the Singapore Grand Prix, from the first night race in 2008 to the latest.

Before you leave the exhibition, you can also drop by a dedicated merchandise store to purchase some souvenirs. Accessories, apparel, books, posters, and more — there’s a gift for every kind of F1 fan.

Last but not least, if you have minutes and dollars to spare, you should try out the Fastest Lap Simulator Experience. This was easily our favourite part of the entire exhibition, simply because you can get into the cockpit and feel what it’s like to race around the Marina Bay Street Circuit.

The graphics are realistic, and the controls are intuitive. If you have a need for speed, this is for you. Visitors with The F1 Exhibition: Pole Position (S$111) premium tickets will automatically have access to the Simulator Experience.

Our favourite was the Sweet Beef Bulgogi, a sweet-savoury smoky beef combination, followed by the Korean Spicy Chicken, which had a slight heat from the gochujang-marinated chicken. Enjoy it hot for the best experience. If you’ve got leftovers, a quick reheat in the oven or air fryer will bring back most of the fresh-out-of-oven quality too!

Sides

There are also some tasty sides to go along with the pizzas! The OG Mac & Cheese (S$6.90) is a meatless option, topped with cheesy mozzarella for the perfect cheese pull. If you’re craving something with a kick, the Gochujang Mac & Cheese (S$6.90) delivers creamy macaroni smothered in a rich, cheesy sauce with a spicy Korean twist. No Korean spread is complete without chicken. The 4pcs Spicy Chicken Drumlets (S$4.90) have a fiery Korean-inspired seasoning for a flavourful bite. 

Do note that the K-Fiesta Box is available at all outlets except the Grantral Mall and Temasek Polytechnic. 

Gather your chingus and indulge in one box, four flavours, zero compromises. Since all pizzas are freshly made to order, do expect a short wait.

Event Programme & Ticket Prices

Early-bird registration for the 7-Eleven Run 2026 has officially ended, with prices now at the normal rate through 9 August. The 1.6km Fun Run and 7-Eleven Quest categories are sold out, but the competitive race for 5km (S$55) and 10km (S$70) are still open for registration. DBS/POSB cardmembers enjoy an exclusive 10% discount across all categories; terms and conditions apply.

The 10km category reports at 6am with flag-off at 6.30am, followed by the 5km at 6.30am reporting and 7am flag-off. The 7-Eleven Quest reports at 7am with a 7.30am flag-off, while the 1.6km Fun Run rounds off the morning with a 7.30am reporting time and 8am flag-off. Participants are advised to report on time to avoid missing their category’s start.

Race Pack

For all categories, each participant will receive an Event T-Shirt, a Visor Blind Box (either the Slurp-Zippy, Oni-Zommie, Speed-Wich, or Mashy-Dashie design), a Race Bib, a Bag Pack, and a Finisher Medal. 

All participants must collect their Race Entry Packs before the race, bringing along a Photo ID and a copy of their confirmation slip for verification. The race pack collection will be held at Marina Square Linkbridge Atrium Level 2 from 15 August 2026 to 16 August 2026, 11am to 7pm. In an event where you’re unable to collect the race Entry Pack during the designated collection period, another party may collect on your behalf simply by presenting a copy of your identification card and the confirmation slip.

Prize Podium

The 7-Eleven Run 2026 prize podium is here for the 10km and 5km categories. In the 10km, the Champion receives a trophy and S$500 cash prize, followed by S$400 for 1st Runner-up and S$300 for 2nd Runner-up. In the 5km, the Champion takes home a trophy and S$300 cash prize, with 1st Runner-up receiving S$200 and 2nd Runner-up receiving S$100. All podium finishers receive a trophy alongside their cash prize.

For the 7-Eleven Quest, the Champion will be presented with team medals and a S$300 cash prize, while the 1st Runner-up gets S$200 and the 2nd Runner-up receives S$100. All podium finishers receive their team medals alongside their cash prize.

There are four exclusive dishes on the menu, including the Premium Fish Maw & Pork Tripe Pepper Collagen Soup (S$34.80), Stir Fry Vegetable Medley with Goji Berry & Gingko (S$14.80), Imperial House-brewed Rice Wine Mini Hot Pot (S$19.80), and Jasmine Tea-infused Sauteed Prawns (S$16.80). 

We tried the Premium Fish Maw & Pork Tripe Pepper Collagen Soup, which channelled the peppery warmth of Bak Kut Teh but with its own distinct character. The broth is rich and full-bodied, simmered for hours to bring out layers of savoury depth in every spoonful. The Jasmine Tea-infused Sauteed Prawns are light and delicate, with the fried tea leaves adding an extra layer of aromatic complexity to each bite.

Signature Soups

All 15 of Souper Tang’s signature herbal soups have a prescription in their own right, each one slow-brewed with purposefully selected herbs and premium ingredients, thoughtfully crafted to support health and wellness needs.

An all-time favourite is Souper Tang Signature Soup (from S$28.80), which helps rejuvenate vitality. It is a deeply aromatic, richly layered broth built around a whole chicken leg, slow-simmered with Panax Ginseng, dried scallop, fish maw, and shiitake mushroom, then finished with rice wine and chicken essence for a savoury and nourishing flavour. The S$28.80 portions serve 2-3pax, and S$38.80 is perfect for 4-5pax. 

Singapore’s fast-paced lifestyle can leave little room to breathe. That’s why Souper Tang’s American Ginseng Black Chicken Soup with Aged Black Garlic (S$28.80) offers a moment to pause, recharge, and take care of yourself, one comforting spoonful at a time. It is rich in antioxidants and boosts one’s immunity.

Chef’s Recommendations

Beyond its extensive soup menu, the outlet offers a full spread of wok dishes, rice, noodles, and desserts, all rooted in traditional Chinese wellness cuisine. 

Don’t sleep on their Home Braised Pork Belly in Rich Dark Special Sauce (S$21.80), which comes paired with soft black sesame buns, mimicking a Kong Bak Pau-style. Every bite of pork is tender and melts in your mouth, coated in an addictive sauce so good it’s equally irresistible when eaten together with their XO Rice topped with twice-fried Emerald Fish Chunks (S$14.80). Even as a non-rice lover, we couldn’t get enough of the XO Rice with Emerald Fish, and we kept going back for more. 

Whoever said vegetables were boring hasn’t tried their Stir-Fried French Bean with Pu Er (S$15.80). Thanks to the tea leaves’ digestive properties and lingering aroma, this plate of vegetables is light yet savoury. Another is their Stir-Fried Beech Mushroom and Crunchy Lotus Root with Honey Brown Sauce (from S$14.80). Simple, fresh, and full of flavour.

An unmissable dish that is a must-try is the tender Souper Tang’s Stewed Yellow Wine Chicken with Tian Ma Botany (S$20.80), carrying a warm, mellow sweetness from the wine, layered with deep umami and a subtle herbal fragrance, gently intoxicating in every bite. 

No matter how full you are, always save room for desserts. Drizzled with gula melaka sauce, the Signature Caramel Beancurd (S$6.80) was irresistibly sweet, silky smooth, soft, and jiggly. It’s the perfect dessert to share between two.
